just back from a 84 minute bike ride - 42 to Coldstone Creamery and 42 home - well -and yes - of course I had a break there DH asked if I got "extra credit" ha- I am sure it was more like demerits For what it's worth - I couldn't eat all my ice cream but DH thought the sugar surge gave me some pep in my riding on the way home !

well the last 2 days have been more or less a bust, havent gotten out of work anywhere close to on time, only managed to swim for 15 minutes this evening but I am off for the next two days so I should make up some time.
I have been out of town since Wed evening but did get my 30 minute walks in on Thursday and Friday along with this morning on the treadmill. I am now at 270/500.
Everyone is moving right along this month, let's keep up the pace.
i took a 3 day hiatus and i'm gonna pay! got up early this morning and walked 3 miles and did my stretch show afterwards for 65 mins -- still only at 405/1500! eek!!!!
Well today I did 40min strength training and 20 min on the stairclimber. That should put me at 480/1000. :thewave: All most half way there. For those who are over half way ! Heading for WDW on Thur. will have to keep up my minutes walking there somehow. S & K's mom, glad to help with the motivation.....I think this thread helps us all!!
