September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!


235 minutes this week. I think that puts me at 375/800!

90 Minutes today :Pinkbounc ...40 min brisk walk and 50 min strength training!! That should put me at 420/1000!! :cheer2:
 
I finally got my lazy bones to do my Pilates Sculpt DVD, which is 55 minutes of torture!

just back from a 84 minute bike ride - 42 to Coldstone Creamery and 42 home - well -and yes - of course I had a break there :goodvibes DH asked if I got "extra credit" ha- I am sure it was more like demerits :rotfl: For what it's worth - I couldn't eat all my ice cream but DH thought the sugar surge gave me some pep in my riding on the way home !

Hiking on a trail at the picnic park today with my kids. so another 35 minutes. Total now 335/1200

well the last 2 days have been more or less a bust, havent gotten out of work anywhere close to on time, only managed to swim for 15 minutes this evening :guilty: but I am off for the next two days so I should make up some time.
 
Please update me for 386/1000. I walked 3 miles today. I just have to make it a habit and I should reach my goal this month finally.
 
I have been out of town since Wed evening but did get my 30 minute walks in on Thursday and Friday along with this morning on the treadmill. I am now at 270/500.

Everyone is moving right along this month, let's keep up the pace.

i took a 3 day hiatus and i'm gonna pay! got up early this morning and walked 3 miles and did my stretch show afterwards for 65 mins -- still only at 405/1500! eek!!!!
 
I updated the totals for everyone! I won't be going to the gym until after work and I don't dare post it before I go...

Keep it up everyone, the month is almost half over!
 
Hi guys, 25 mins for sunday and 45 for today. I'm so glad I have you guys to keep me motivated.
 
Well today I did 40min strength training and 20 min on the stairclimber. :Pinkbounc That should put me at 480/1000. :thewave: All most half way there. For those who are over half way :worship:! Heading for WDW ::MickeyMo on Thur. will have to keep up my minutes walking there somehow. :confused3 S & K's mom, glad to help with the motivation.....I think this thread helps us all!! :cheer2:
