I did 45 minutes on the elliptical yesterday, bringing me to 195/1100. I will be taking today off (but I will get in 10 minutes of walking). For one, my DD6 has soccer practice and I doubt I'll be able to squeeze a workout in, and #2, my legs are SORE!!! That Pilates Sculpt DVD kills me everytime...
