September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!

RoyalCinderella, congrats on joining your first exercise challenge! I'm sure it won't be your last, it is addicting!!

I updated everyone up to this point, including myself (40 minutes jog/run on the treadmill, 10 minutes walking).

Seems like everyone is off to a good start! Hopefully we can stay active over the long weekend!

Put me down for 70 minutes today. 50min strength training and 20 min on the stair climber.

Does mowing the lawn count?

sorry i'm so late in getting to this thread....i've had this cold/flu for over a week now - but i'm sure i'll be better and back at the gym Tuesday a.m. - anyway - my monthly goal is 1200 minutes....thanks!!

Everyone is off to a good start!! We had 2 more challengers join, welcome bstsuda and tttdizcrazy! We are now 42 strong.

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning, bringing me to 95/1100.

between biking and walking today I did a monster (IMO) 110 minute, which doubles my time so far bringing me to 220/1000
