September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!

OK everyone, it's crunch time! Only 10 days left!!! Are you going to make your goals?!?!

Yesterday I did 10 minutes of walking, 20 minutes of weights and 25 minutes on the elliptical.

As of today I am at 475/1100

I plan to bike ride tonight, but I will post that tomorrow.

:jumping1: i had a really ACTIVE day yesterday

i did my FitTV shows which I already logged -- after school a neighbor called and asked if i wanted to walk dogs with her -- well not really b/c i had ballet later that night but i JUST DID IT! we ended up walking 45 mins at a decent brisk pace -- then I went to ballet class for 45 mins and my gluts feel it! This morning I did 45 mins of yoga and sure felt good on my achy legs

so I get to add 135 minutes!! yippee brining me to 895/1500
 
GOAL!!!!! I'm at 2310/2000 as of today!


I've been recording my daily totals but I had not stopped to add them up until this morning! Although I know I've been really busy, I was surprised to see I'd already reached goal! Now that our move is almost complete - just a LOT of boxes left to unpack - I'll be able to check in on a more regular basis. I hope I can keep up the momentum I gained during our move. The adrennaline has really been pumping and I just never seem to sit down lately. That's got to be a good thing! I also knew I had to keep up with this challenge despite our move.
 
As of yesterday (I overslept this morning :rolleyes: ) I am 390/500!! Almost there!

I just did 10 minutes of walking yesterday, putting me at 855/1100.

I'm glad there are still more Sept days to try to get to that goal :goodvibes

I'm hanging in there! Today I did 45 minutes of walk/jogs & 50 minutes of yoga.
 
I did 60 minutes of walking yesterday and I've just realised that puts me just past my goal!! :banana: :banana: :banana: I'm now at 1010/1000. Now I'm just going to keep on going and see how much more I can do in these last few days!

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of weights, 25 minutes run/jog on the treadmill, 10 minutes of walking.

UtOh....the count down get us all sweating!!! :earseek: Did 20 min walk yesterday and 40 minutes of weight training today that puts me at 900/1000 (I believe I might make it!!) :cheer2: :banana:
