September exercise challenge: Looking to cooler temps in the fall! 35 challengers!

I'm ready for cooler weather! Hopefully! I'm in for 1600 minutes for September.
Off to a slow start this holiday weekend, did 20 mins. of water aerobics. Better than nothing. :) Going to get back it at tomorrow~

Went for a 100 minute walk/run this morning.

There are three 5Ks in my area next weekend, need to decide which one to sign up for!!!
 
Joining you all again as I have majorly fallen off the wagon and need to get moving again. I have a 5K in 3 weeks and I'm so not prepared for it!

I will aim for 1500 minutes.

So far today I have done 45 minutes of walking with DD12! Hoping to hop on the elliptical again later. I missed a show last night that I should be able to watch on demand while I workout. Working tomorrow so not sure when I will get in my workouts. I am going to try and get up early and do at least 20 minutes, maybe 40 and try and do more tomorrow night!

I did week 4 day 1 of c25k. It wasn't hot but SOOOOOO humid. But I made it through. Week 4 is tough.

Did 35 min on the elliptical and 5 min of hand weights.

Planning on at least that much again tomorrow along with giving 3 massages but I don't count what I do for work! That's just a bonus!
 
I'm in for September. I'm new to the challenge so I'm going to go for 1000 minutes.

I'm in again! Though I'm yet to meet my goal, I've really enjoyed these challenges the past few months. I'm off to a good start this month though...the Hubby and I made it to the park yesterday to finally do our long run that should've been done on Saturday. So with the intervals of running and walking, we were able to get in an hour and 45 minutes. So that starts me off at 105/500!
 
I did a 30 minute walk this morning, so I'm at least started! That makes me 30/1000. Not off to a fast start, but it's something!
 
I did 160 minutes today for my long training day.

Thank you Mother Nature for waiting to pour down rain until after I finished!
(It started pouring literally the minute I walked into my house.:duck:)

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend!

Got a few nice long walks in this weekend. Did 100 minutes on Sunday and 136 minutes on Monday. This brings me to:

Hi, Ted! Thanks for hosting again. I am in for 1800 minutes this month. Due to my half-marathon this past Sunday and hours and hours of walking around Disneyland, I am at 570 minutes. I know the rest of the month will be much lighter and the minutes will accrue pretty slowly (especially with the requisite recovery, and current knee pain and back spasms), so I don't want to set my goal too high. I figure I can raise it later, if it seems too attainable.

Congratulations on finishing the Disneyland Half Marathon! How fun! My dream one day is to get the Coast to Coast Medal. DH and DS earned it last year. Don't want to set your goal too high at 1800 mins, eh? :scratchin

That's just some walks and stretching class this morning. Hoping to get another walk in later today. The dog is too old to go for my long walks anymore. :sad1: So have to do under 2 miles for him.
