GO SPURS !!! I will actually be in San Antonio this weekend and we are thinking about staying for the parade where all the players, coaches, etc float down the river on barges. My son is really excited to see all of the players however I am not sure about 300,000 people cramped into a fairly small area?? Sounds much worse then the MK on Christmas Day !

Those Spurs fan take cheering on their team very seriously! I am not really into sports but when we spent 5 days on the riverwalk over Memorial Day weekend and you could not go an hour without seeing or hearing about the Spurs. One night there was a game which they apparently won because the noise went on for at least an hour. It sounded like there was a riot outside our hotel. I like San Antonio so I am happy for them even though I know nothing about basketball. It is basketball, right?

Sorry I have been MIA!! Is everyone ready to start making reservations? I see there has been some Palo discussion. I think we may pass on dinner this time and maybe look into a brunch. The Castaway Clubhouse is Monday at 11 am but I have heard it's not really worth scheduling around so we may try for Monday.

What about excursions. Is everyone booking through Disney or doing them on your own?

I think we may do Coral World in St. Thomas although I can't decide whether to take a cab or do it through DCL. The cab fare seems pretty high though so I am leaning towards DCL at the moment.

In St. Martin I am thinking we will do the Orient Beach excursion...I think. I would love to do the dolphins again but my DD is only four.

Happy Birthday JD ! It's my dd's birthday today as well ! I have another dd who will have a b-day at the end of this month and I just had mine a couple weeks ago.

My dh will have a birthday on the last night of our cruise and I requested they sing "happy birthday" to him on our last dinner. Actually Disney picked up on the fact it was his birthday and they asked me if I wanted to do anything special for him.

I apologize for all my posts but I am trying to get caught up after being MIA for months. Do we still want a logo for our cruise? If anyone has ideas for a theme: Mickey, pirates, etc. I can probably put one together for us.

I found these two images on a site that said they are free for non-profit use only. Does anybody like one of these?

Of course I can take any text out and add whatever we would like in addition to our sailing dates.

We're still thinking on our excursions.......I have off from work tommorrow and Saturday so I'll be giving lots of serious consideration to what our plans will be.

What a fun coincidence that there were three birthdays on the same day in our group!

I just noticed the Mickey picture is being used for one of the Panama Canal Cruises. Do want to go with Peter Pan? Maybe we could say..."Off to Neverland" since we have so many kiddies in our group? What does everyone think about that?

ETA: Here is a sample. I sized it to 200 pixels high because that is the limit per DisBoards Guidelines.

Hellol everyone, It's getting down to the wire to get your Mouse Head door signs orders in, or send me your changes/corrections to the old ones.
I will not Post them as in the past due to security reasions but will use PM's or regular E-mail as they are pretty large jpegs..

Hi Veronica, thank you so much for putting it together. Because I have two DD's I wondered if perhaps a small Tink could be added to the pic somewhere? It may give it a little touch so it could appeal to both boys and girls...what do ya think? Thanks again!

Great idea! I love it. We could even do a Tink and non-Tink version if anyone is interested in that as well.

I think it would be a good idea to use them as door signs as well along with gg's mickey sign. I may make the design as a shirt to wear later in the cruise since someone on the Disign board already made me a cute design to put on a shirt for our first day. I do like the idea of adding a small tinkerbell to the picture.

Hi everyone. Great suggestions so far. Here is the Peter Pan and Tink logo I came up with. I wrote "The Smith Family" as a place holder. I can personalize it however you like or not at all.

Also, I was asked about doing a Mickey version as well that could be used for whatever you like.

Any suggestions or changes? Keep the opinions flowing.
