Thank you all for the welcome!!! I know what you mean about trying to get in shape. A few years ago I lost 75lbs with Weight Watchers but have let a few (HA HA like 25lbs) backbut since Jan. 1st I have been diligently trying to stay on course. 8lbs down with more to go!! Now if only I could work as hard on actually exercising, seems I do it one day then forget for a week.

I've lost 5, I think. I'm averaging 4-6 nights a week with working out. I can feel a change in my body, now it's time to SEE a change! But I am motivated. I just think of being on that boat and the pictures we'll come home with and I refuse to ooh and ahh over my kids pics and cry that I'm in them! Thinking about this while I work out pushes me through!!
