Kind of bummed about this. We had really hoped that somehow they would do MNSSHP the Thursday night before the cruise. It would've been a great way to start the vacation. Friday night would just be too exhausting to have to get up early for the cruise. Last time we did MNSSHP non of us could even think about getting out of bed before 10. We really try our best not to over do it the night before the cruise. It makes for a much more relaxed start of the cruise.

Hello; I new to the Disboards so please bear with me while I learn how to navigate. Im so excited to see all the fellow cruisers and get to know everyone before we even get on the ship. We are from Maryland so if there is anyone else close by I'd like to hear from you. My kids are loving the idea of their own place to hang out and me and DH can spend some time together. I cant wait to hear some of the TR after the Fantasy's first voyage. Oh I forgot to mention we have late dining. thanks

Welcome! We are getting more chatty here as the cruise slowly approaches. Just a little over 7 months!

We have done the Western Carribean, EB Transatlantic and WB Transatlantic. It will be so weird not to know exactly where everything is. Welcome! while we have only done 2 other DCL cruises, they were on the Wonder and Magic, so I am feeling the same about not knowing where everything is on the ship!

I am excited for the new ship (especially after seeing the photos from the link I posted above) but also a bit uneasy as it is so much bigger than the original ships. I am hoping that I still love the ship and don't feel like it's too big and that there are too many people...

Just joining the thread, but have been anticipating this cruise since Easter of 2011. My Aunt and Uncle booked during their Dream cruise, and decided this one would be "adults" only. I told my Uncle that was a bummer (I'm 32), and he said that it just meant HIS kids weren't going. So long story short:

Jen (32)
Jamie (26) my cousin from my other uncle
Jeanie-my mom
Mel-my stepdad
Geoff-my uncle (mom's brother)
Collen-my aunt
Jon-friend of my aunt and uncle
Jeanne-friend of my aunt and uncle

All going and already counting down the days. It will be Jamie's first cruise ever, so I'm excited for her. I'm still reading through this thread, so PM me if you need anything else.
