Belated Happy Birthday Kathy!

We booked about a year ago and the price for two in a cat. 6 has gone up about $200. Not too bad. It appears they still have all catagories from 4 to 12 available. So I agree, that there will likely be some upgrades. Good luck to all those who are hoping!

I got an email from DU yesterday that DCL has several cat4 left and One cat3 left. We may upgrade but not sure yet.

Penny and I are talking about cancelling some of our excursions. As this is our first cruise, we want to try it all and at the same time, we would like to just relax and enjoy the experience. We once rented a beach house on the Outer Banks in the Fall and outside of daily walks on the beach, we just relaxed, read, watched old shows on TV, etc the whole week. It is one of my favorite vacations. Decisions, decisions....

Okay everyone....I've got a bit of news I've just GOT to share....

I wrote my very first letter to our senator this past week reguarding health care for children. AND she read it. Not only did she read it...but she liked it Her office called me to see if it would be okay for the Senator to read MY letter in Congress. They also wanted a photo of Sydney to display while she read the letter. The very next day her office called again...to tell me the Senator was getting ready to take the floor and read MY letter to the Senate....and that she was LIVE on C-SPAN. I can't even begin to tell you how it was watching her read my letter on the Senate floor in Washington DC under a HUGE blown up photo of Sydney. All and all I'm happy my letter may have made a diffrence...but at the moment I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into....because now we're all going over to Seattle on Monday to be a guest speaker in a press confernce with two State senators. I for one know I am NOT a great public speaker....

Anywho....LESSON learned. Writing a letter CAN make a diffrence.

Newbie Question: I seem to remember that Disney sends out some sort of package sometime before the cruise. If that is correct, what is the timeframe?
