In all our cruises, have never set foot in the spa, and do not intend to. They would have to sew several robes together.

Oh yes! It is said, there are those who never return from the Tropical Rainforest Thermal suite. Or maybe I misheard and there are those who never return to the Tropical Rainforest - the lack of heated tiled loungers can be very annoying on a busy day...

...I ordered a new Macbook earlier in the week and it arrived today - so far so good. HOWEVER the internet connection doesn't want to work with the wireless router and/or the conventional cable! I think that its something to do with my old set-top broadband modem - it's ancient, so I've called the engineers and they'll install a new one on tuesday for me...

All sorted! A very nice engineer popped by this afternoon and installed my new modem as arranged. Then, after a few false starts, I managed to install the AirPort Extreme and now I'm sitting on my sofa, surfing the net - look Ma, no wires! I even managed to find a spare ethernet cable so my old eMac is still WWW-enabled too... I'm feeling like a real techno-wizard!

We are going to be staying at the All Star Movies resort after the cruise. Need the time there to decompress and come back to reality. Mike

They are predicting a very active hurricane season, so it might not hurt for everyone to keep alternate ports of call in their minds for planning purposes. Mike

Yes, but get to the reservation desk right away (or as soon as you hear of the change in itinerary). Our 1st cruise we had hurricanes in front of us and behind us, so our itinerary seemed to change daily..it was a mystery cruise! The second time around we found out of the change in itinerary when we checked in at the terminal (is that right Sandi & Kathy?) so we made a bee line for the reservation desk as soon as we boarded.

Let's hope that we make it to our scheduled destinations this time....I'd really like to experience a Western!!!
