I love the pillowcase dresses...not sure how they look on a 7 yr old though....was thinking one for my DD.

You are killing me!! My kids are 7 and turning 12. I'm in my early 40's. I'm done having children. But all these gorgeous clothing links are making me wish for another girl! :lmao:

Does anyone else wish there was more Disney adult clothing out there? I need to find something halloweenish for DH & I - MNSSHP. I'm going to try making a couple of those bleach pen shirts I came across. I found a clorax bleach pen, and some shirts on sale in the kids sizes. If it turns out, I'm going to make a couple of these for us and insist DH wear one![/QUOTE]

I really do wish there were more adult items to choose from. My DDs are 11 and 14! My oldest is 5'7", and would love to have more Disney gear to choose from, but it's the same options I have. :sad2: I think they would find out that adult apparel (especially women's!) would sell like crazy!:yay:

Almost all the designers I use make adult tees and other adult clothing items for Disney! Look at some of the links I posted further down this thread! Those designers will be glad to hook you up....in fact, most of them already have adult tees listed.....and if you don't see something you like, you can always ask them for whatever you're looking for! They can easily applique any of their designs on an adult tee. !!:thumbsup2

I feel the same way about wishing I had a lil girl to dress up after seeing all those adorable outfits. Always wanted a girl but no such luck, and it does not look good for having grand daughters either at this point :sad2:

If we decide to go to MNSSHP I was thinking of making up t-shirts DH is not going to dress up anymore than that, I know Disney sells some Adult costumes but they are sorta expensive

As a DCL vet.......you should actually see some of the extravagant outfits we've had made for previous cruises and some for the upcoming one as well!! It's killing me that our Sept. Dream cruise will only be 3 nights!!! I'm used to having 7 nights of cruise attire made for DD! lol. I'll post pics later! Gotta get to bed now! The birdies are starting to chirp, so it's time for me to go to BED! ;)

And I think pillowcase dresses look great on 7 year olds!! You can always get some that aren't so "frilly" and full of bows if she isn't in to that sort of thing anymore.

See?? We TOTALLY have things to discuss now that our ADR's are made!! Disney custom clothing!!!!! :lmao: You ladies all have a great day and I'll chat with you later! Bedtime for me!!

I agree. I had no idea this niche of the market even existed, so it gives us something else to talk about! Now my mind is spinning as to how to make these creations myself, even though I don't sew, don't have the time, etc, etc. So cute!! Great, add another thing to my list of things to do! :rotfl:

P.S., I'd love to see the DCL designs!!

ditto!!! my boys are 16 and 18...no Disney clothes allowed.....I would love a really fun 'grown up' outfit. I did see some nice Tink shirts last year. I knew I should have bought one!

Thanks for jogging my memory!

I just remembered all the character t-shirts I bought last year when the Disney Outlet was having a sale for my trip that was cancelled. Now if I can just remember where I put them I can use one of them maybe, but will still need one for DH, I am thinking one of those Grumpy ones I always see, since he is liable to be a lil grumpy if the party is crowded :rotfl:

This is one of my favorite listings!! Sooo tempted to buy it, but sooo don't need any more Minnie stuff!! ;)

I already had that tagged as a favorite :thumbsup2

The first link you shared, magical memories by Jessica - I already had her added to my favorites. :rotfl: I window shop on etsy a lot! I liked the peace sign mickey head and may get it for myself :rolleyes1 My etsy favorites list is almost entirely disney stuff.

I am making my second ever order on etsy today actually. Mickey and Minnie necklaces for the kids :woohoo:

Oh, that minnie dress and purse is very cute! This thread is becoming too enabling :rotfl:
I'm going to add that to my favorites list! :thumbsup2

That was me. Thanks for the link! I've added her to my favorites. Hopefully she'll still be selling when our family goes back. I'm not sure I can get DH to wear one of these shirts unless the kids are too.

Oh good! I knew somebody was asking about the shirts! :goodvibes

I'm not sure I know what the bleach pen shirts are? Sounds interesting!

Sorry, I don't remember who here was asking for the seller I bought the tie-dye mickey shirts from... I don't remember the ebay seller but I did find this listing on etsy:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/70540391/family-sizes-all-sizes-custom-ordermade

These look really nice and can be customized with any colors you would like :thumbsup2 I do not know this seller but thought I would post a link for anyone interested! :goodvibes

The tie-dye mickey shirts are so adorable when the whole family wears them! :)

Thanks, I might get these!

You're welcome! I love seeing kids all dolled up in special Dis vacation-wear!! Just promise to post pics if you buy anything!!

All the links should be fixed now. Let me know if anyone has problems seeing anything!

I'm so glad you posted these for everyone! I loved looking through them and am hoping to buy an outfit or three. :)

Seriously considering buying my girls dresses from this seller:

http://www.etsy.com/shop/loverdoversclothing?ref=seller_info

Snow White for my youngest and Cinderella for my oldest. I figure I can get lots of use out of them. Halloween at home, MNSSHP, CRT reservation ...

Airtran made my day! Thanks MikellaCinderella!

I have airfare in hand for exactly the arrival and departures I was hoping for (early in, late out)~!

The Disney clothing is adorable. I usually dress very plainly (not much jewelry, subdued colors, and to be frank, I am the queen of the cardigan sweater!)

One of my co-workers said I looked like a walking ad for Eddie Bauer! But I am thinking of doing some custom stuff for the trip as well. DD is not only *not* girly, she's anti-pink and scorns ruffles. (I don't know where she gets this since she's adorable in pink and ruffles!) :confused3

Anyway, she's bought into the idea of a cinderella costume for MNSSHP! I will make up a black bodice and brown skirt with a pale blue shift underneath, her black flats, a kerchief for her hair and a friend of mine does felted wool animals and I bet i can get her to make a couple of mice for the apron pocket!

Loving Air Tran today! We just booked our flight down and added a day to our trip :-) We decided for the price to come in late and get a good nights sleep to start our vacation off right!

We will be there 9/22-9/30!!!!!

Thanks, I might get these!

Oh those are cute! They look like they wouldn't be super hot either!!! princess:

As much as I wanted FD offer this Friday, I believe the extra Disney CM's on Friday is due to DCL will open up the lines for the 2012 bookings for the new intineraries being offered! Hoping April 15th will be the date people are saying and a fantastic offer will be revealed for Sept WDW

I loved all the clothing! My dd13 was showing me some of the things she found on Etsy and she was also disappointed that she didn't see her size. lol. She said she would actually wear one of the tutu outfits! Unbelievable, I'm shocked I might just have to buy her something!!

We have pirate tutu's (with black biker shorts or leggings under) and a black tank with pirate rhnestone on it and bandana for MNSSHP for our tweens in the group. I bet ur DD(13) will love it...just teen it up!:thumbsup2
