Dani-- Princess Lilyana is absolutely breathtaking.

She is just perfect. Hope you all are doing wonderful.
Add us to the list! We'll be back at Pop for free dining again from the 3rd to the 10th.
Hi!! Welcome to the thread!

I think I remember reading a report of yours from last year about Labor Day week- it was one of the reasons I chose that week!

So--- do you have anything you'd like to tell us about September??
My 4 year old broke her arm on Monday

so my Disney planning has been on hold. We were in the ER for over 7 hours with her
Besides my youngest with the broken arm, my 7 year old is on a week long school trip in Wisconsin this week and I"m just feeling a little stressed. Luckily I only have a few ADR's I'm thinking about since we're paying OOP for meals but my date is coming up next week on St. Patrick's day.
disneydreamin247: Congratulations! Your new

is beautiful!!!
Poor baby-- I hope she is better soon. It's so hard to deal with a broken arm. My DS broke both wrists at the same time two years ago--- mirror images on xrays-- falling out of a swing. I know what you're going thru.
Okay, so I wasn't here yesterday so this is old but I wanted to share what I do with my kids and their spending $$ when we go.
First they save as much as they can- between allowances, chores, birthday $- everything---so that they can use it there. It usually ends up being around $100 that they save. They are always asking what they can do in the house to earn some cash. They are allowed to use all of it or none of it, but they have to wait until later in the trip to do so, otherwise it would all be blown the first day.
Added to their money- in an envelope on their first morning there-- is usually $50 a child, we used to give it in Disney Dollars, but now it is in cash. So that is around $150 total they can use.
I also every morning give them what we call Tinkerbell gifts- they wake to presents and confetti all over their beds, around the presents. It used to be a different t shirt coinciding for each park, plus bows for the girls, toys they can use to play in line with, small stuffed characters, small notebooks, autograph books, glow bracelets and necklaces, some type of candy and always a new pin for their lanyard every morning. I collect them all from The
disney store online and different places for months before we go. Walgreens usually has some MM candy and such.
The day we went to
MNSSHP the kids got their new costumes to wear.
My DH also buys them pins every day-it's his "thing" to do, so they don't use their $$ on that.
This helps cut down on them wanting small items in the parks- they are then able to use their $$ for more expensive items- Legos, etc once they get into the parks.
I'm sure all of this sounds excessive to some, but I think I get as much joy out of getting it together as they do in receiving it.

It keeps me in a Disney mood all year long, searching the items out. Besides, it's so much fun to hear their squeals every morning as they see what Tink brought them.
This year I'm sure they will spend a lot of their money at the UF game that we will be attending-- they all now would rather be in Gator Gear head to toe than MM stuff. Kind of makes me sad.
Oh and Kelly-- if it were me, $750 would be worth it to stay at CBR rather than POP---- I personally feel like there is a big enough difference btwn a value and a mod to pay for it.
