I am freaking out at how close Mickey is getting to the end of the ticker!!!!!!!! Can I make it to September without exploding?!?! I also realized something absolutely fantastic today... DH is going to have 16 full days off of work to spend with us! September 5th is Labor Day, then he's taking off the 6th, then we leave for Disney for 10 days. I am bursting at the seams! He has been so busy with working full time, going to school full time, plus coaching that we haven't gotten a whole lot of time with him lately. September is going to be amazing!

I know how you feel. We don't see much of Dh around here also. so for 10 days he is going to be completly with us. Which is nice. He has been working alot. Which is usual for this time of year.

Same here! DH works full time and went back to school fulltime so hes hardly home. Than, when he is he has homework so family time is limited. We really look forward to his two weeks of vacation and try to make the most out of each one. We also are going away for 10 days and are thrilled! DS loves when he has his daddy all to himself without any distractions!

Love watching the tickers go down! I think mine is still one day off because I never changed it after our dates changed. I didn't want to see it start clear over to the left again so I just left it alone.

I'm back at work after a four day weekend this morning, and I have got the Disney fever in a POWERFULLY bad way. I finished the majority of our tshirts this weekend, but not everything; I decided to spend some quality time with my daughters, and we're planning a luau for my older daughter's birthday in two weeks. I think my younger daughter may have designs on a pirate costume for MNSSHP now, she found some great stuff at Party City when we were scouting for luau gear. I also started packing up my pretty pink and green bag with my park necessities, so I'm getting motivated. I want to go now, now, now!

In 76 days I will be at Disney! I started on the pin book project for the kids yesterday. I originally thought to do a felted wool book, but that wasn't working at all the way I wanted it to. So bought two mini 3 ring binders and I am going to create a couple of felt pages for that to put their pins on. I will also do some scrapbook pages for the parks and their favorite characters that we can put pictures in when they come back.

I can't get the girl to wear a lanyard, so she ends up putting the pins she wants to wear in her hat. (Thank goodness for locking pin backs!)

My baby sister got a job at Michaels and has picked up Disney crayons and coloring books for the goodie bag and I finally finished writing the Mickey notes to the kids. Now I just have to order the personalized maps!

I just got finished with a statewide poverty summit and this week we have our annual conference. I can't wait for things to slow down...this has been a crazy summer!

I am so disappointed that they are removing Flynn from the Rapunzel M&G
She has been so excited for the chance to meet them. I did hear that Flynn will be with Rapunzel at MNSSHP so we may have to make it a point to see him then!

I just read a post that they are already in the process of making a Toy Story 4. I love Toy Story, dont get me wrong, but I loved the way they ended the last one. It seemed like the perfect way to end the series.

I'm starting to get nervous, I am one payment away from being completely done! but, my manager is not so happy with the fact that I purchased my plane tickets before securing my time off. we talked about it WHILE looking at the calendar two weeks ago and she said it would be fine (okay, i bought my tickets LOOOOOOOOOONG ago haha) but last week she said she was upset that I was crazy enough to buy my tickets and that it may be a problem because it's over labor day weekend. I work at a hotel! it's not going to be busy and no one else has requested off! anyone see a problem here? not me. I'm 22 so I don't have much life experience, so I probably did get too ahead of myself. But i just want to have something to look forward to!

I think my younger daughter may have designs on a pirate costume for MNSSHP now, she found some great stuff at Party City when we were scouting for luau gear.

Gabi and Sophie are both going to be pirates. I bought them pirate skirts (more like a tutu) from Spirit Halloween last year. Might as well gt some use out of them. They are really cute tutu skirts. I just gotta find a tank to go with it. I already have the rest of the pirate gear, so that works for us.

My daughter and I have decided we are going to MNSSHP as mermaids this year. She has a beautiful Ariel costume we got her for our last trip and I found a mermaid costume on ebay that isn't too revealing and is Disney family friendly.

Michelle its getting so close to the trip I think I might burst... Its killing me not telling my DD but I know it'll be so worth it in the end... I just want September to get here...

DH had a job interview today - I just hope the fact he needs the time off for the trip doesn't hurt his chances in getting it... they didn't seem too concerned he said but you never know... but everything is bought so no going back now.. lol
