This just made my day. Had a really long day yesterday. Woke up with a headache this am. But woot!! The photobook is addtional cost of 100.00. I don't have a DV so I will need to wait to book til Monday.

May even upgrade to a moderate. Need to talk to dh about that one since we pefer the QSDP. When he calls today I will be .

I know after the really long past 2 days I have had. Woke up with a headache this am. I was so excited aobut this.

My only problem is we don't have a DV so I need to wait for the GP offer. Even if I have to buy the photobook it still saves me 250.00 over out current package. We may upgrade to a moderate. I need to talk to dh about that one. We pefer the QSDP so that is the only issue I ahve right now with upgrading. I did make adr's just in case so I'm all set there. I just need to tweek them. Since I wasnt' sure if FD would be offered again.

Glad to hear the news of free dining for those of you who were waiting for it!

For us, it seems that sticking with our original discount of the kids stay/play free and just paying OOP for three nights of the regular dining plan is still cheaper for us. Glad this is saving some of you some money!

I think they reason they didn't offer it the last week like in the past. Was they were abel to fill those dates with the last promo. Plus Food and wine starts the 1st so they proably didn't need to do it.

We just happend to move our trip up a week beacuse we got awesome airfare for the week before we were suppose to go.

Typically, as long as your check-in date is covered by free dining then you get free dining for your whole stay. It appears you are checking in on the last covered day, right? I would give Disney a call!

I only had the dining plan once, but the QSDP seems great!

It will still work for you! You get it as long as you check in by the last day it is ofred. I hope so beacuse we are staying until the 26th and the past it has always worked this way.

It still does We are checking in on 9/23 and staying till 10/2 and we were able to use this discount for the length of our stay.

Thanks! What promo did you have before? Also do you know what the cost of the photobook was? I actually don't mind it since we almost bought it last year anyway.

I had the 40% room discount but this worked out much better for us! The photobook is optional I believe because the CM I booked with never even mentioned it

Speaking of BounceBack...we have had offers in our rooms at least 2 of the last three times we've gone but never taken advantage of them. Usually because we try not to expect a nice vacation like its guaranteed to us, its more of a luxury if we have our finances together (which we almost always do)...then we come back home and sit and talk about our trip and eventually book again hoping for free dining. I'd like to have enough set aside for a deposit for another trip this time around in case a bounce back offer is available...just because I feel we have worked really hard and deserve to know when we'll be back!! How do I convince my boyfriend of the same?!

I guess the photobook is auto added so it isn't something they really tell you about. But if it saves me more I dont' care.

I am sooooo excited I just called and received the free dining for the Visa card holders!! Thank you Kelly for giving us a heads up.

I had to give up the "kids stay and play free" offer, but this works out much better for us. I upgraded to the basic dining package and it cost me $500 total more to do this. That includes the $263 that I now have to pay for my daughters ticket, so really dining only cost me $237 for the week to upgrade. Am I rambling and not making much sense??? I dont care.....I got free dining!!!!!!!!!!

The disney visa anouncment said to get it before the GP offer on 5/2. That is when I can call.

Now I have all weekend to stew and see if I want to upgrade to a moderate. We are keeping the QSDP if staying at pop we pefer it. But then on the other hand we have 2 adr's and the fridge we would use. So right there that is around 300.00. So to upgrade would only be around 450.00.

Then do we choose CBR or POFQ? I'm wishing my weekend away.

It's too bad we can't swap dining plans. We are staying at Pop but upgraded to the regular DP. Also decided to splurge on a preferred room. I hope we can get a room by the kiddie pool.

Mine told me about it. He was very chatty though. I think it is automatically included in the promo.

I'm going to guess that the 40% off the room and the $165 4 day park hopper for the Military is a better deal than free dining...... think I should call and ask anyways??

It also works out better at Mods and Values than a Deluxe. I have 5 people in a Deuxe and 35% off is still better than FD.

Same for us, coming in on the 24th. But it still will work. Though for us, not in our favor. Our current is about $2k with the "free dining" brings it to about $3k. I think that's what we get for staying at AKL. But that's ok. Love that resort!
