Dates are confirmed!!! 20-25th at Fairfield Inn! Hope the crowds aren't gigantic, we're going partially over the weekend for a chance to see Fantasmic with the Dragon--we didn't get to see it last time we went.

I've been to DL many times but this is the first time staying onsite at a DL hotel!!! First time at WOC too!!

Dates are confirmed!!! 20-25th at Fairfield Inn! Hope the crowds aren't gigantic, we're going partially over the weekend for a chance to see Fantasmic with the Dragon--we didn't get to see it last time we went.

Looks to me to be a good time to go. Halloween decor will be up but the crowds for the parties won't have arrived yet. Fantasmic is really a neat show we did the second show trick hanging out by critter country and sat in the seating section for second showing with about an hour wait (show was postponed for technical difficulties) otherwise it would have been a 40 minute wait. Hope you get to see it and enjoy the show.

First time onsite and at GCH, how neat! I do not know if you have seen it, but there is a link on page one with other Diser's who will be doing the 1/2 and 5K. Enjoy and may the wind be at your back for the race .

I'm going September 22-26 staying at Disneyland Hotel just booked it today. It will be my baby boy's first trip he will be 6 months old. I've never seen DLR at Halloween I'm so excited!!

My family and some of my in-laws are going down Sept. 26-30, we are all staying at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. (stayed there in 2009, easy walk and great restaurant, although not as good as the Grand Californian where we stayed in '04 for our Honeymoon )

This is my wife and I's fourth time down since 2001 (just a week or two after Sept. 11), but first time with our kids, ages 3 and 4.

Bumping with Haunted Mansion closure dates ... August 29 through September 15 are the makeover dates for the Nightmare Before Chistmas overlay according to Disneyland Calendar. September 16th it will be open in time for Halloween Time

After hearing about all the "possible" ride refurbs for September...We are thinking about changing our trip to the end of August. My almost 3-year old DD has been running around the house singing.. "Yo-Ho, Yo-Ho a pirates life for me." We have to make that her first ride when we get there! I can't go knowing that POTC and BB will be closed for my her very first trip!! ARRGGHHH! I keep watching the website as the days get posted.
