September 2011 Check-in... Dates and Ressies?

We'll be in LA September 13-17, going to Disney 15-16. Staying at either Anaheim Quality Inn or Best Western Park Place. And we're super excited!! :D

 Added your dates.

I'll be visiting on the 12th for my Birthday and staying at the Disneyland Hotel for one glorious night :woohoo:!! Then my friend and I will be returning on the 15th and 16th, and most likely just staying at her house for those dates. We are thinking of booking the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour for the 12th, if there are any spots open still. I just booked my airfare this morning :banana::banana:so let the planning begin!! I just love Disneyland :goodvibes:goodvibes!!!

Hope you have a magical Birthday trip! Added your dates.

Hubby and I are taking our nearly 5-year old daughter Sept 9-13. We arrive at Quality Inn and Suites Sept. 8. We'd LOVE to meet up with others who are visiting with children around our daughters age - boys or girls. Contact me if this sounds like a good match! :yay:

We are going to Disneyland September 25 to 27, post repositioning cruise, and staying at Holiday Inn Anaheim Resort.:cool1:

Oh yeah, and celebrating my wife's birthday!

Just an update, we got into Red Lion! :cool1: Heard lots of good things about the place and we got a fireworks view with a king bed for a steal so we're super excited. :cloud9:

I can't believe how awesome it'll be to finally spend my birthday at a Disney park as well as compete in my first Coast-to-Coast challenge. Having a birthday at the start of the school year really sucks for vacation planning.

Edit:
Also, Don't know if anyone else noticed but California Screamin' was added to refurb starting the 6th...

Hello everyone!
Well the discounted rates have arrived for the hotels and I am looking to book the Disneyland Hotel for my BIG birthday but I'm wondering how to make sure I get a refurbished room?
I am kind of in a panic (as usual haha!) so any help is appriciated :goodvibes!!!

Nevermind, I've booked it :goodvibes!!! I called, just to make sure and apparently all the rooms have now been refurbished :yay:! We got a pool view for 228 dollars but with taxes it shot up to 266. Ahhh, well, it's my birthday!! I'm going to Disneyland haha!

My husband, myself, and our 3 daughters along with my mother-in-law will be going the week of September 26-30. We will be celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary! None of us have ever been to Disneyland, so we are very excited! I am not sure I can wait 60 more days to go! We are staying at the Disney Theme Home, and just made our 1st Dining reservations this morning (for Dinner at Goofy's Kitchen). I am so excited I can hardly stand it. So happy to find these boards to help with my planning!

What a wonderful way to celebrate your anniversary GFam1sttimers :goodvibes!! You are going to have such a wonderful time! I will be visiting 3 days in total but all spread out, and the dates you have chosen will be a wonderful time to visit! Don't worry, the 60 days will go quickly plus it's nice to have it to look forward too :thumbsup2!

Thank you so much Kristina! Happy Early Birthday! Hope it is a day filled with fun and excitement!:yay: I am glad to hear we are going at the perfect time of year. We were a little bummed because we are going a M-F so there won't be as much entertainment going on (parades, fireworks, etc.) but I guess that is a trade off for less crowds (so I hear)! We are attending Mickey's Halloween Party on that Friday so that should be fun!

Hi! I'm new here, but I'll be there 9/15-9/22! :yay:Don't have ressies yet, but we're choosing between the Staybridge Suites and Ramada Plaza.:confused3

The entertainment schedule is starting to go up for Sept!!! Just DL so far, nothing for DCA.

Just booked three nights (September 24, 25 & 26) at the Disneyland Hotel with DVC points! It will our first time back at Disneyland from Virginia in almost ten years.

So excited! These three days are actually the tail end of of a longer trip that begins with three days in Vancouver followed by a cruise down the California coast. Can't wait...

Thanks 6Smiles, I didn't notice the refurb list. That's really handy. :)

I'm trying/hoping to use the new discounts but I'm guessing the hotels are all full for my dates due to the marathon, but big grats to those who were able to use them and save some money. Always a good thing!
