Hello Everyone,
I am looking at possibly doing a very short trip to Disney in September. I am looking at Sept. 27th - Sept. 30. That is a Sunday through Wednesday. We wouldn't actually be staying at Disney except for one night... that would be Tuesday night. I am hoping they will be doing the Halloween party that evening so that we can attend. I am also hoping it will be a non-premium night so tickets will be a little less.
My questions are...
1. How hot is it during this time of year? (we have only been in July and December) Love December, hated July.
It is still hot and still humid. It is also hurricane season so it will rain, sometimes a lot.
2. How crowded will it be during this time? We won't actually be doing any of the parks during the day, just downtown Disney and the Halloween party in the evening.
Make sure you check out park hours when they are released as they parks may not be open very late what with the economy and the lower crowds.
3. Is the Halloween party worth going to? We love the Christmas party, but would like to check this one out too.
I understand that MNSSHP is THE hard ticket party to go to, especially if you like villains. You could check all ears for a list of party dates, I think they already have them. I know touring plans does.
Like I said, this will be a short trip. We are visiting relatives some, going to the beach and then spending our final day at Disney before heading home on Wednesday. It is a special treat for our son, who will be five at this time. Our bigger trip will be coming in 2010 or 2011. We just promised him he would get to go when he was five, so we have to do it! : )))
Any information is welcome! I am very excited about doing this and I am really hoping this will be a good time. Have a wonderful day everyone! : )
