Visited the park this morning, since yesterday 4/24 they have started to let guests line up for Radiator Springs Racers as soon as the park entrance opened up.
NO Rope Drop.
Unsure if they did this for the entire park, but I assume they did.
Be aware that this may change when you visit. Cast Member said it was a test.
