I called and spoke to another CM and they let me exchange my tickets for other dates. Thanks to everyone who told me to call back!

Did you ask WDW about refunds? Others on here have been successful getting refunds with extenuating circumstances. If they are not willing to refund, maybe you can see if they can exchange for another date.
