I am all about cheering one another on. But honestly, I can't post my weight. Those numbers literally scare me. I am scared to even go buy a scale. I am such a wimp.
So today is our start date??? Ok, gotta go to Target I guess and buy a scale.
What are you guys doing? Eating less and exercising more is good.
My big thing is eating breakfast in the morning. I have a protein shake (usually made with water). I try to eat lunch and always dinner. I sometimes will have an organic fruit strip (100% fruit) for a snack. I am lowering my bad carb intake but not cutting it out completely. I do pilates for an hour 3 - 5 times a week. And I am thinking on Monday I will start this walking/jogging program my friend Lori told me about. Probably in the evenings 2 - 3 times a week.
This is going to be hard but sooooo worth it! Good luck everyone!![]()

My weight #'s scare me too!

I guess my plan is to exercise daily and control my portions & not snack at night when I'm sitting around the house. That is a bad time of day for me! I'm just a bit frustrated right now because nothing fits anymore. I went shopping at Old Navy last night to get a pair of capris and a couple short sleeve shirts since the weather is finally getting nicer....let's just say that was a depressing experience! Before I got pregnant with my son last year, I wore a size 8/9. I'm 5'9" so that was really skinny for me. Well, last night I had to buy a pair of size 16 pants!!!

Sorry for venting...that was my whiney post for the day
