My husband and I are hoping to book our next Disney Cruise while onboard. Does anyone know what type of deal you can get if you book your next cruise while onboard? We're trying to ensure we budget correctly!

10 percent off your next cruise and a $100 onboard credit for a short cruise and a $200 onboard credit for seven day or more cruise. You are also only required to put down a 10 percent deposit. We give the name of our travel agent as well. She matches our onboard credit. You could check with your travel agent or I could give you the name of ours. We have never actually met her. Another couple on a cruise years ago gave us her name. I would also get and use your Disney credit card if you don't already have one. You have six months with no interest to pay the cruise off and for every dollar you spend you get points towards a gift card that you can use towards things you purchase on the cruise.

I was just wondering if you had found any other to take part in a mixology class? Me and my friend would be interested but never cruised before so not really sure how to go about booking one.

Anyone one else fancy taking part in a mixology class?

We would love to do a mixology class! We have 6 to 10 adults that would be interested.

I haven't posted much but I'm working on my FE gifts this morning and just wanted to say GOOD MORNING!! Yay, we are so close! My family is really looking forward to this trip and can't wait to experience all the Disney magic :)

Hello everyone, I am new to DISboards and feeling a lot like my first day in high school. I am excited about the trip on 9/19/15, is this the right place to be? Did I miss FE? 2nd time cruising Disney, but cruise every year. We decided to include the entire family for cruises every three years and so here we come again! Grandpa,grandma,husband,me,sister,14 yr old daughter, 10 yr old nephew, 9 yr old niece, 7 yr old daughter, and our gift from the first Disney cruise ( a little to much magic on the Disney Magic...beware :duck:3yr old daughter.

Looks like they're close to the same age. My daughter will be nine until a week before the cruise. She is an only child so she loves to meet people on the cruise that she can hang out with. If your daughter wants to go to the kids club or hang out at the pool one day you guys should leave us a note or call. State room 6658 Her name is Georgia

We are the other family with the competitive gymnasts. My son & daughter both actually! My daughter just finished L4 & is getting ready for L5. She also turns 10 the week before the cruise! on the 13th actually. Her name is Raya. our state room # is 8584. we definitely should introduce the girls, so let's knock on doors, or call each other, or meet up to introduce the girls. Raya's friend from a prior cruise, same age is cruising too & she is a competitive dancer. i'm sure all the girls will get along great! now i just hope my son will find a buddy! he's more quiet so he'd be more comfortable if he knew someone. he's 12.

Hi.. I'm not sure if I told you but my son just turned 13. He's super quiet too and is also homeschooled. He's not a gymnast but is around it constantly. I would love it if we introduced the boys. I'm sure they would get along great. You have our cabin # so let's get a hold of each other. Also, Kimberly Johnson.. I know our girls are bringing a leotard on board so bring one for your daughter. We were thinking of getting the girls together in their Leo's for a group photo. The ships crew won't know what hit them with all these little gymnasts on board. We are so very excited. See you all on board.

Hello! My name is Maki Rheaume from Marietta Georgia. I know this is the last minute request but I am wondering if my family can join any of the exisiting group or if that is not possible, create a new small group for last minute people like myself!

I have two children, Amy 10 and Jake 7 and we did fish extender last cruise and it was a lot of fun for the kids!

I am not super organized so I waited the last minute to even log in to this site!

Please let me know if anyone is interested in letting us join your exsiting group or anyone who wants to do small group with us!

Thank you so much!

Maki

Hello! How funny! I'm from Marietta too! My name is Sarah. I'm 17, travelling with my father, my boyfriend (19) and his father! It's a small world! This is all of our first Disney cruises and I only heard about Fish Extenders about 30 minutes ago and I've desperately been trying to find a group or something to join. Can't wait to set sail!

Hello! This is my first time on a Disney Cruise, and I really want to join an FE group! Have you had any luck finding one?

Hi! I'm Sarah! On Wednesday, my boyfriend and I shared our 2 year anniversary. He surprised me with this cruise!

I realize I'm pretty late to the game, but this whole FE thing is so exciting! I am 17 and I'm travelling with my father (David), my boyfriend (Andrew-19), and his father (Bob). We are all new to cruising with Disney, and my boyfriend and his father have never been on a cruise at all!

Are there any other Disney cruising traditions I should be aware of? So far I've only come across FEs and door magnets and the costume night. I'd love to join in on anything else. I'm a huge Disney fanatic. I live for this stuff. :D

Thank you so much!

I was reading on another forum and someone said that Disney Cruise no longer takes one item per stateroom and has it autographed by all the characters. Anyone else know if this is true?? I was so looking forward to that souvenir!

Sounds like an excellent plan.

Fabulous! i didn't remember that, that'll be perfect!

i see there are a couple late-comers that were asking about FE. i hope that the few of you are able to coordinate something, and not miss out on the fun! last time i cruised, a few people from the original group chimed in and said they would include them, then the late comers exchanged with those few. unfortunately this time i cannot take on any latecomers as we leave to start our vacation in 3 days! and i'm not even close to being ready! yikes!

So I know the alcohol policy is changing on September 30th, and I found the new alcohol policy on the DCL website. What is the old alcohol policy?

We are taking our very first Disney Cruise! I have been reading like crazy for all the tips ans tricks. I feel overwhelmed. A few questions. Do people still do fish extenders? Also, is it true you can no longer bring a pillowcase or picture frame mat for character signatures?
