We got back safe and sound from the Member Cruise! Reading all of your posts makes me want to come along for the 11 day ...

Hey Peter, keep track of all these great things going so we can pull them out for our 2007 repro cruise... whichever one that turns out to be!

EEK!!! You're planning physical activity?? Are you trying to kill me??

I'm trying not to get too excited about this cruise. Still don't know if DD is Australia bound next year. (The girl who she was hoping would join her can't do it since she won't earn enough credits to graduate on time.) Keep your fingers crossed (I know, my bad.) I really want to cruise with all of you but it's not happening if she does this. I think the cost of the cruise will just about cover the airfare for a trip to Australia.

Have a really dumb question. We would like to add a photo of the family to the roster. We just purchased a digital camera and recently have added a new Mac computer to the family.

The really dumb question would be how do we go about sending it. Really not very tech smart here so we would love and greatly appreciate any help!

Cathy I can still access the net, but just with the main computer. Just disconnected Jenns router. Bits and bytes flying everywhere Weather in Tennessee during October runs from mild to hot. In a nut shell, here is what you need to do.
Save the picture to your Mac.
Open your email program and start a new email.
Use the attachment feature (typically a Paper Clip icon), and point to the photo you want to send.

I really like the idea of a multiday marathon. How about a 10-day marathon, 4 laps per day. 40 laps would be a little over 13 miles. Participants could compete at a set time (6-7AM or 7-8AM) with volunteers timing everyone. There could be a different timer or timers each day. It could be the "Happiest Diserthon at Sea". Medals for completing the 10 days might bring out a bunch of participants, we wouldn't need DCL help as there are few runners/walkers as someone stated, and we could gather as a group on deck 9 or 10 forward for awards. I'm ready. Alex

On a bad night we often have to take our little one for a long walk in the stroller to get her off to sleep. How about 4 laps at 1am ?

Not sure We could manage 7 am the morning after pirate night if you know what I mean.
