We really felt so sorry for DPD when we saw her at dinner the next night.

I wanted to check in as I have been in no mood to post until now. On Monday we had to put our beloved Sophie to sleep. She developed some type of liver disease that her little body could not overcome. We are all heartbroken and the cruise seems so unimportant right now. If you could spare a good thought, my family could use it. My kids and I are not functioning well. aw:

Hang in there Lesley. Our thoughts are with you. aw:

Not only is this a crazy group, but they can be a wonderful support group.
When we lost our cat, Furval, last month, they were very supportive with posts and e-mails. We still aprreciate all their kind words and thoughts.

Leslie ... I feel so bad for you in the loss of Sophie aw: ... I had a dalmation, Cindy, that had a liver disease and we had to end her suffering too ... I remember how awful that was but when I reflect on it, I realize that it was the best we could do for her, to end her pain. Just remember all the good times you had, cherish them and someday, when the time is right, God and fate will bring you another fur child to cherish ... it happened for us.
