Anyone considering dropping this cruise for the 2006 members cruise? Just wondering. Did Dr Bill make the one this week? I didn't notice any posts from him or Scott.

Everyone have a great day.

I believe that Dr. Bill did make the member cruise- Kay had brunch with him at Palo one day and Scott was on the member cruise- and got to do the Mickey horn. I know Bill and I already discussed going on this cruise- he can't take his kids out of school for that long.

I would love to do both cruises- but I can't see how it is possible. Although I think the member cruise would be great and I would love all of the goodies- I am not willing to trade 4 days for 11.

HOWEVER...I would considering going on the member cruise without my son or going by myself. Who knows. It depends on what classes I need for grad school that quarter- and if I can do it online. Or maybe I'll do the unthinkable and take a quarter off- although that is a HUGE hassel.

Just my 2 cents.

Welcome home Dan (my travel agent) and all of the rest of the repo cruisers. We are coming up on the one year mark until the cruise. Everyone have a great day. Mike

We are officially in now. We finally decided that yes, we want to go. We are in room 7127 and have late dining. We are Misti and Patty. Leaving Dominique at home this time.

Patty, so glad you and Misty are joining us! I'll miss Dominique though.

Hi Kids back from the Member Cruise. Did the Horn, pretty KEWL.

Did not take the laptop so I was incomudicado. Many email and lots of unpacking to do. Getting caught up here etc.

Dr. Bill was on the Member Cruise. I did not talk to him about the 11 day.

Folks (cast members) on the Wonder are excited about the 11 day. They were jazzed about Key West and the 3 and 4 day itineraries get kinda old to them.

Later,

Thanks for the info Peter. We are going to Walt Disney World the 24th of this month through the 1st of October. We are going with Katie, her mom and dad. This will be Katie's first trip to the Disney castle as she has reminded us every day since the 1st of January :rotfl: 3 years old and will be able to walk us into the ground. Grandpaw(me) may have to get on of those scooters to keep up with her. :moped: Mike

Have a great time at WDW. We were there this past weekend. We did some of the new attractions: MGM-Lights, Camera, Action stunt show was unbelievable; Epcot-Soarin was very realistic, we were soarin;
Magic Kingdom- Stich's adventure was cute and we love Philharmagic. There's so much to do. Alex:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Good afternoon everyone.
Welcome misti and patty. :sunny:
We were out at WDW this past weekend and we finally had nice weather - after 4 days of clouds and rain. The only problem we encountered was my DD woke up at 1am and decided it was time to get up. So we took turns walking her around outside for the rest of the evening. :crazy2: Needless to say we were like zombies for all of Saturday. I think we finally caught up on our sleep.

I'm doing both. I figure heck, I need to use those vacation days somehow!

(Don't know about DH.....if he doesn't come on member cruise it will be a girl's cruise with DD and 2 of her girlfriends most likely!)

Sorry we missed you guys! Jamie messed up our plans by having to be home Friday night. Guess I'll just have to plan on seeing you soon.

I think I have a "business" lunch scheduled in October. I think it's on the 4th to be exact!

We're sorry we missed you guys too. Weekdays at work for me are busy with late hours. Weekends and vacation are my only free time. Alex

Argh!!! Disneyland just announced their first ever half-marathon. And of course, it runs 9/15 - 17.

I don't know what we are going to do now. Not sure if Adrienne is going to want to do this or not.

Tony,

My guess is that Disneyland will have a marathon again in 2007 but they won't have an 11 day cruise to the Southern Carribean. Tell Adrienne that she can run around the deck of the Wonder and be a part of the first Disney Cruise Line 1/2 Marathon. ;)

Lesley, I was thinking the same thing, we could do our own 1/2 marathon.

We could even do shirts and have it be a disevent- you have to run a total of 12 miles, register and get a shirt and pin....maybe we'll see???

I agree! I'll get medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and participation medals for the rest. We can re-enact the whole thing right on the Wonder.
