Boy did we have fun shopping today....got some more clothes for the cruise....We had to go to three stores just to find the Jimmy Buffett DVD....ended up getting it at Best Buy...probably more expensive but Walmart and Target didn't have it....

I only picked up 3 12 packs of Strawberries & Cream.....but I also got 3 of the Berries and Cream too!!!!

Nope...no 151 tonight....must allow the Strawberries and Cream get cold first...wouldn't want to water it down with ice.

WHAT? YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR LIQ. IN THE FREEZER... SHAME ON YOU...

Movie Review Alert
After my husbands weekly Hooters fix we went to the movies to see Monster House. We are both suckers for animation and LOVED this movie. There were lots of funny parts and it had a great storyline. But with Stephen Speilburg you can't go wrong, eh? I would reccommend that very small children that scare easily not see this. That house scared a couple of little kiddies in the audience. All in all, great movie. Two Hooters- wing- sauce- covered- thumbs up from Cyndi and Kevin!

Oh my God someone has seen this movie. Trying to convince my friend to come see it with me. Baring in mind we are both 26 she seems to think it might scare her! I can officially say that someone has watched it and loved it!

Yeah..we have been finding great chunks of land all over the place..still a pretty good variety of areas to choose from.

Basically you get ferried from the boat to the port. Never actually done it myself but my parents did last year but I can't remember where this was and nor can they.

We might decide to go on a later trip if this is the case as it takes so long to get off and you'd have to que early in the morning. Most of our trips at the moment are really early

Tendering is a pain - especially if not handled well. And, if a little choppy seas it can really hold things up. On our cruise last Dec. we had to tender a few times. The docks had been destroyed from Hurricanes and they had not had a chance to build them back yet. The seas were rough and the tendering went very slow. We didn't even end up being able to get off until noon and we arrived at 7am.

I have been contacted this morning by my contact with DCL that our

PALO BRUNCH RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED:

FOR September 25th at 10:00 o'clock a.m.

FOR Septmeber 26th at 10:00 o'clock a.m.


I will be sending a note to everyone that has requested Brunch for the group on either one of these days - It may take me a couple of days to get all the PM's out, as I have to be at the hospital many days this week with my husband who is not feeling too well and has many tests to go through this week. But they will get out by the end of this week for sure.


WANTED TO POST ON THE THREAD ALSO - to let everyone know that DCL has requested that if you have individual Brunch reservations already, that you kindly cancel them, since the group Brunch(s) have been confirmed now.


Everyone will get a note in their "fish extenders" once we get onboard also

We West Coasters regularly come back to 10-20 pages of new banter every evening, we just got on a roll that night.

Vicki tells me that I'm much older than I act ... since she thinks I act like a 2-year-old!

I have 24 pencils sitting here waiting to be sharpened too. DS starts first grade on 9/7. We just got school supply lists yesterday and things are sold out everywhere. Haven't even gotten DD14's school list yet. Can't wait to get away. Is it 9/17 yet?
