Hello CC..hope you have a great day! :sunny:

I just got invited to a weekend crop the weekend we get back. I guess I could jump out of the tank at Epcot and have Lamar drop me off for the weekend. It's really tempting. Your own 8' table you can leave up all weekend and crop, crop crop. Limited to eight friends. A place in the country and only $50.00 for the weekend. What's a girl to do :confused3

This is what I sent out to everyone about a month ago. It's a Lutheran retreat center - takes about 30-35 minutes from the Seminole Town Centre Mall area to get there. It's bunk beds! Nothing fancy - but a beautiful quiet area....big rocking chairs on the back porch and deer all over the place. There's a small lake and last time we went the girls drug down one of the paddle boats and had a blast! We'd love to have you. Right now, we have

I think it all depends on where you are going next time, some of the special cruises get extra. We recieved a $400.00 on board credit when we went to Antigua, but only $200.00 on a reg. sailing...I think they may offer a 10% discount w/out the onboard credit. Just give DCL a call and they should be able to tell you.

As I understand:
Discount is 10%, credit is dependent on length of cruise. $50.00 - $100.00.
No discounts for Cat. 1-3.

We get 10% off with a cabin credit. I think our cabin credit was $100 for a 7 day... but I expect that it varies with the length of stay.

Oh yeah... for the next sailing you book... for every onboard rebooking you get an in-cabin massage from a character too! I put in my request for :woohoo: Pocahontas but my spouse reset the on-line reservation for Tigger. :tigger: I can't change it now that we're inside of 4 weeks and all the good characters for doin' massage are booked now!

And yes... every in-cabin massage comes with the ever present character escort and DCL :rolleyes1 photographer snappin' shots for Shutters! :lmao:

For all the 1st time sailors... I'm just kiddin' about the character massages... Everyone knows you have to get those at Palos and then theres' that FAST TRAX swip to schedule massage appointments... LOL!

Thanks for the info! I am trying to decide on when we will cruise next. Rebooking onboard sound like the best deal for a credit.

If you can swing the deposit, this is definitely the way to go. Even if you don't have a date. We have always rebooked onboard with a fictitious date if needed and then transferred to the correct cruise, getting the discount and onboard credits when offered. There was no discount for this cruise, by booking onboard, but the onboard credit was $250. Usually $200 for 7 day cruises. For the Med cruises they offered 10% and $250 onboard credit. Heard that for booking a repo onboard they are paying your tips, plus onboard credit. Don't know if that's true or not.

I heard that about the repo too.

Did someone say if it was 5:00 yet? I've still got 3 hours to go and I'm bored out of my mind. I don't know which is worse, this or watching grass grow? :lmao:

Is it time to cruise yet? There's a chair on my verandah waiting for me and calling my name.

The big post eh?....

This is all the "big post" I've got now...

.... well, it's not as if I actually GOT the 12,000th posting. I HAD a huge, loud and glamourous thing ready to go an' ... (sob*) ... I had to scrap it! Imagine... robbed!!!! ... at the last moment by a seemingly random posting! It might have been better if we had another 2nd DIS identity rob us (my dual personaltiy is emerging)... oh my, my, MY PRECIOUS.... 12,000th posting is gone! "My precious"... (as in "G" from LOTR)... "It's mine, my own, my precioussss"... <LOL!>

I wish we could take one of the med repo cruises :cloud9: :wizard: ...but, with DD in school it is impossible. The price for those cruises is cheap compared to the regular med cruises and the experience of 14 days aboard the Magic is priceless!
