Hi Tracy...

Yep, I am an early riser. Even on the weekends. Although this morning came much earlier than usual...2am...our English Bulldog started having some type of attacks or seizures..not sure. He is going into the vet as soon as they open this morning.

Our alarm here usually goes off around 5am or so. Bob likes to get into the office get things done and we love breakfast!

I hope he's ok! Keep us posted. Our alarm goes off at 4:15. In to work between 6 and 6:30. Sleeping in for me is past 7 am and it rarely happens

I hope your pup is well.... our thoughts for sure. If you can, try to get a look at your pups eyes during an event, a description of these observation may help your vet figure out what is up.

Good morning to all of you. My goodness...you guys did it!!!!! I am so happy that the goal of 10,000 was met and I am sure this thread will surpass all others before the cruise. You guys all seem like family to one another now. I regret that I have not been more active on the board...however we are still dealing with the house...lawyers...etc. We had a huge storm last night and had to re-arrange the garage because when it rains it floods. Also the wall in our office has a leak somewhere and it smell really bad when it rains that direction. So we had our hands full last night. Not to mention Hell Kitchen was one..sorry.

I try to check in each day and I know you think I am a lurker..sorry about that. I wish I could give more time...hopefully in a week or so..........

It was early but I got pulled into something that needed my attention and I was too caught up in that to check back in. It didn't take me as long as it has some mornings to get caught back up.

SCRAPBOOK CLASS LIST AS OF 8-15-06

Here is the updated list of those who have signed up for the scrapbook class. If I missed you somehow, please PM me so I can add you to the list.

Remember, this is all about FUN! Don't worry if you are a beginner. We will have plenty of our dis'ers there to help that are familiar with scrapbooking. This is a stree-free, bubba mug event!

Okay, so if you have adhesive and a small pair of scissors (don't put in your carry on) bring them along. I have found that the glue sticks don't work real well on this project, cuz the paper doesn't like to stick to the envelopes I'm using. So if you have 2 sided craft adhesive tape, that's what I find is working best. I'll buy some at my local store here when it goes on sale and bring along some, so don't worry if you don't have any.

Wow Linda, it looks like you're going to have a pretty good size class. I never expected it to be that big. Looks like we'll have a ton of fun.

Speaking of Bubba Mugs, last night Jason & I were at Home Depot and I saw the king of all Bubba Mugs, the Bubba Mug 384!!! This thing was huge, it's about half the size of those coolers you see along sports benches. Has the spout and everything. It has a handle, but when full, it needs wheels to be moved.

Thanks Tracy and everyone for your good thoughts...Big's blood work/labs will come back tomorrow. The vet had some preliminary thoughts, none of which I wanted to hear today. This all comes just a little to close to losing our family dog of almost 19 years last month.

Sleeping in for us is 7 also..lol, which rarely happens. Big doesn't like anyone to sleep in when he is awake, lol. However if everyone gets up at 5 like normal, he will lay down and go back to sleep...crazy dog..lol.

Thanks Scott. We appreciate your thoughts. We have tried looking at his eyes. Bob said the look is sheer terror. Even the vet tried some of the usual doggy eye tests today, but, because he is a bulldog with the usual bulldog eye problems the vet says makes it even harder to diagnose him.

I love bulldogs. They are one of the cutest dogs out there. I hope all his tests come back tomorrow with postitive news.

It's quiet here today. I guess all the excitement of yesterday and the run to 10K has worn everyone out.
