Will we get any warning WHEN the judging will commence? I don't want to leave the electronics outside the cabin when I'm not around - and will reattach the power packs to the fish extender when the judging occurs.

Saw the article in USAToday about the new uniforms and the 384 possible combinations. Interresting.

Yeah, we have some strange uniform combinations. Not the biggest fan of all of them, but some are cool. Especially our new white helmets and yellow helmets. Haven't actually wore those in any games yet though. That's what you get when Phil Knight (Nike CEO) is your biggest alumn. Did you know he ran track at Oregon with Steve Prefontainne? Hence, the birth of Nike!

Kickoff is at 12:35 pst, so 3:35 est.

OK we made it, Linda did page me I thought it was the Office, as there is a Federal Trial starting on 9/25 that there was some talk I might have to testify at, Thank Good ness it was Linda, Lynn did not even hear it….

Then one engine of the plane didn’t want to start, freaked some folks out. LOL


I hate dial up here at OKW….Too cheep for the High Speed…

Uneventful trip so far, got in , went grocery shopping, dropped stuff off and hit the MK, for Pirates, Pan, Buzz, fireworks, back now getting organized.

Repacking stuff, cuz we don’t care what the bags weigh when we go to the ship…

Wishing those who have yet to travel the safest journey, and for those of you who still have to work, hang in there, vacation Come Soon …..

OK for the wine and Cheese Party/ Meet etc etc, we are in Room 1425 at OKW, it is located near the Hospitality house, that’s where ya check in at. Easy to find, just ask a friendly CM if ya need help locating us. Starting thing up at 4:00 but if ya are early feel free to stop on by, we should be here after 2:00 or earlier.

Will be at AK tomorrow morn, I am easy to spot, will have on an 11 day cruise ball cap , khaki in color, short pants with a lot of fish tattoos on my left leg, haging with Lynn who has the Little Orphan Annie hair look going on. If ya have a crusie lanyard I will stop ya and say hi, if ya recognize us do the same.

Still here too, driving tomorrow from NJ with 2 little ones and my Mom, should be fun
I should be packing but I'm not. I am driving which means it doesn't matter how much our bags weigh, which then in turn means if there is room in the suitcases I must fill it. I think every piece of clothing that fits any of us at the moment is packed.
In my defense we are spending a week at Disney after the cruise and that is what I am sticking with!

ETA - depending on how the car ride goes we will be at Grills!

OK....

... I'm guessing nearly EVERYONE is packing (as I am now) - er, rather I'm reviewing what I've packed and adding a little here and there. Olus I spent half the day making an AYSO soccor banner. We're gonna be gone 2 weeks but I still felt like the kids we're leaving behind needed their banner. It's gonna look like this...

Ok....

Gotta get to laying the lettering out AFTER I finish reviewing the load I'm packing.... Then I got bills to mail (review) and a bunch of other sundry things....

We jet tomorrow at 10:20PM and leave for the airport about 7PM. Everything seems under good control now - So why do I feel so anxious??!??!?

Call stateroom or stop bye the one on your new floor!!

Anyone delivering things to fish extenders will check the Door of the monitors for the changes!!!

I printed out the sheets for the floor monitor's doors today, and they will be delivered mid afternoon on Sunday to the floor monitor's doors. The one on Deck 2, room 2550 will be up as soon as the ropes drop for the floor. You can also look for me in the lobby before boarding, once you have your room assigments.

Well our bags are packed and we're ready to go. Leaving on a jet plane in 10 hours from now. I keep feeling like I forgot something.

Found a couple of Bubba mugs at Wal-Mart yesterday marked clearance,so we lucked out.

So - like, yeah...

... Helene is not projected to be a threat to us unless it speeds up and takes a left turn south by south west. So - from here on out it looks as if the only threats on our trip will be gaining too much weight and not being able to fit into any of our wardrobe!!!

So aside from that I'm ready to e,bark in "leisure cruise" mode!​
