Celeste, I do know about the two (2) subs at CC. We all know one is in the snorkeling area. Last year at the DEMA (Dive Equipment Manufactures Association) show in Las Vegas I met an older gentleman who had worked for Disney. He started the “Character Diving” speciality at EPCOT, for the people doing the SCUBA as Mickey. He also started a SCUBA program on CC that did not make it, as spouses did not want to be left alone while with the kids while the other went diving. He confided in me that other sub had been sunk in about 40' of water off of CC. He mentioned that the glass bottom boats sometime will go over it. Sadly I did not ask the specific location, and have since emailed in an effort to get a specific location. I have not received a response. I was trying to get the location for our Feb 06 dive trip where we chartered the liveaboard, as it would have been a KEWL surprise. If I see him at the DEMA show in Orlando this fall I will ask again, I understand he probably doesn’t want to give that info out. My guess is that it is somewhere off the breakwater to the west of the dock.

Happy Tuesday everyone. Wow, only 9 more work days until vacation!

Yippee!

Question?

Did PatriciaH, Posableman (Craig and Patricia) drop out of this cruise?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, Linda, they did drop out. Couldn't get the time off.

Thanks Tracy!

Okay, so my good intentions didn't materialize. If anyone still has anything last minute to add to the Navigator I can add it today.

PM me if you have any changes.

I am missing stateroom numbers for the following cruisers:

BLACK SCOTTIES
DISNEYBLONDE, JIMBO
DISNEYBLONDE'S FRIENDS PAT AND DEBBIE (ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SURE THEY ARE STILL CRUISING)
GATOUR
MAUSMU

I've got everyone else's. Hopefully, they are all accurate. Once you get your mini navigator, check your stateroom number. If incorrect, let APHOENIX know so we can get it posted on the "floor monitors" postings outside the designated staterooms. We don't want anyone missing getting any mail in their fish extender!

Hey Celeste would ya please email that list of 1000 places.

It's a book, I can't email it. But I will post one of the locations each day, or a few a day. I think there is one on Barbados, 2 at St. Thomas, and 2 at St. Kitts.

Or do you just want me to email you the post?

I've never been in the snorkeling area yet- We will be going for the first time this trip.

I have a copy of the "1000 places to see before you die" There are a few that are on our trip. Here is some information on a lunch buffet offered on St. Kitts and it is on the list:
We offer our famous West Indian buffet lunch from 12:30pm 2:00pm daily consisting of a variety of dishes including spicy curries, traditional fish dishes, fresh salads, herb scented rice, delicious vegetables, pasta dishes, home made chutneys and more plus coffee or tea and dessert . The cost is $30.00 US per person plus 19% gov't tax and service charge.

Afternoon tea is served from 4:00pm. The cost is $6.00 plus 19% gov't tax and service charge.

Reservations are required so please do give us a call if you would like for us to reserve a table for you.

Here is a link to their beautiful plantation: Rawlin's Plantation

I haven't decided if we are going or not- but it sure looks beautiful and it might be nice to try some local food.

:woohoo: Four more days of work, 12 hours of on call time, and one day of class :woohoo:

Celeste,
The Rawlin's Plantation looks amazing!! Thanks for sharing! :thumbsup2

I forwarded this one to you over the weekend. Let me know if you didn't get it. I also sent a copy to Tony.

Tracy,
When are you and Bill leaving for Florida?
Hope you have a great cruise!

Dan

We leave bright and early on Saturday. Have to be to the airport between 4 and 4:30. That's the nice thing about a smaller airport. They are not recommending 2-3 hours ahead of the flight, just 90minutes to 2 hours. Though I doubt I'll be sleeping for the extra 1/2 hour  :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Another good thing to do..please recheck the stateroom numbers of your secret mickey against the roster, as there have been some changes. Don't want to deliver to the wrong room.

OMG you are flying in same day! I did that once and nerve again-my nerves couldn't take it!
You are going to have so much fun-I saw WM Pete is on that cruise too.

Dan

Grass Skirt Drink!!

Scott, all we can say is wow. We finally had a chance to mix a couple (ok, well, more than a couple) up this weekend and they are fantastic. You did a great job with that recipe! :thumbsup2

Thanks,

Cheryl and Bob

Thanks Dan...like I wasn't nervous enough already! I'm not too worried about being too nervous for a number of reasons -- this cruise we intend to do nothing! We can do nothing anywhere. We couldn't take any more time off of work. I'm so tired and it's only Tuesday. The rest of the week will be crazy so I need Friday to catch up a bit. We're doing the Western Caribbean and have insurance. Worse case, we'll board in Key West. No worries! I'll be on Island Time ;)

Yes, I did see that WMPete is on the cruise. Will be nice to put a face with the name and voice (from the Podcasts).

Yea I guess it would be hard to get time off-I forgot about your HUGE vacation!
How are the podcasts?

Dan

Taking a little break here to catch up on the boards. Got in at 5:00 this morning. We are doing more practicing this week with my mail and my secretary is handling it completely :scared1: :scared1: Very hard to see a stack of mail with my name on it and NOT touch it. Ok, I looked at a couple pieces :guilty: couldn't help it. :lmao: :lmao: After a month of this, I'm never gonna want to get mail again :lmao: Doubt it :teeth:
