Well...

.... I'd like to propose a new DIS function = a sort of after the fact baby shower for my new baby COW! I've decided to name him, .... er it..... Little baby Bob Lee in honor of our "on the bounce" ship mates!!!! LOL!!!!

And here's a snap shot of the little critter - he, er... it was born just a few moments ago. Amazing... it was only about 60 seconds of labor then - wham-O .... I found all these postings preceeding 7000 refering to some kind of cow enroute via stork? Who would have figured... we always wanted a little cow in the family!

Ahh, the price at Nordstrom CAN'T be beat. Any like merchandise, the price will be matched. Perhaps to some this is not known, but Nordstrom will not be undersold! Now, can similar merchandise by a different vendor come at less of a cost - absolutely. Sometimes quality is better than price. Must be careful not to trip as I come down from this soapbox. Obviously am proud of the company I have dedicated my last 15 years to. Unbelievable company to work for.

Say...

... they're putting in a new Nordstrom in our local mall right now! SInce Macy's bought Robinsons' May they had 3 stores in the same mall - so they just let one go and Nordstrom's is movin in! Plus they're building a new wing - multiplex and so called high end restuarants an' stuff. Heck - unless it's a Lawry' or Ruth Chris I'll probably just go to the cineplex.

Didn't even have a chance to be a contender, Lynn comes in and says the Jeep is a little over due for an oil change , she is still on graves and has to leave soon for work, SO I do the NASCAR pit crew thing, at least I have the garage wired for sound.

City of New Orleans, good tune, I like Arlo better. Makes me want to take a rail adventure,
