REMINDER!!! 30 DAYS AND COUNTING TO GET ANY INFORMATION INTO ME FOR THE MINI NAVIGATOR!

Please PM me if you are hosting an event with the specifics (i.e. date, time, meeting place) and whether you are required to pre-register or not for the event.

I will be printing the mini-navigators Labor Day Weekend.

Any questions, let me know.

Linda

I will be using the latest info from Winotracy's newsletter re: birthdays/anniversarys.

You only need to PM me with that info if you are NOT on the list with the latest newsletter and you are celebrating on board.

We joined the Bubba Mug Club, went to Wally World, which if you know me, I would rather have had my teeth pulled WITH OUT DRUGS! It's not that I don't like WM, its that I end up spending more money than I wanted too. I can not and/or I will not go in with my wife and son...enough said.

Also found 2 grass skirts, one for me and one for the 5 year old DS, he will do everything Dad does.

Everyone have a great day!

Thanks all - I actually am going in for a consult on Monday hoping to get this done within the next 2 weeks - Apparently down time is down to a 1 wk interval - outpatient at that! Go figure - can't even get a decent rest for a gallbladder. Guess that's what I get for waiting. I was diagnosed last year but didn't have time to get operated on before we left for the cruise - did very well containing until just recently when HIGH STRESS levels went into effect:

Mainly my son and oldest daughter - arghhhhh pirate:

Anybody think it'll look fishy if I threw 2 huge locker trunks overboard? :rolleyes1 - :teeth:

NOTE TO SELF: 8 down - 2 to go!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before you have gall bladder surgery. My dh was set to have it (emergency) and our good friend Mark suggested he try a liver/gallbladder flush first. He did it for the complete seven days and went to the doctor for a pre surgery exam and he was as good as new. It envolves lots of apple juice, drinking olive oil mixed with lemon juice, and drinking epsom salts. We do this about every other year to stay healthy and you wouldn't believe what your body can accumulate! I can't post attachments or I'd post exact measurements but you can Google it and get the info. It is an energy booster as well, I swear I feel great afterwards! It rids your body of cholesteral that is causing your pain. Just a suggestion, personally I will drink almost anything to avoid surgery. Check it out! We have had several friends avoid surgery this way. This is kind of gross but when you google it sometimes they will show you pics of what "comes out". So be prepared. It's PAINLESS! (unlike surgery)
And it'll keep you from making your kids shark bait!(well, maybe)

Cold here this morn, 40 degrees. The night sky was great during my run and the big dipper was on the horizon, the legend is that as fall approaches and winter is upon us here on Mother Earth the big dipper, Ursa Major, descends on the horizon and dips life from Mother Earth and thus we have the Winter Season.
I think Wyoming weather in winter is Mother Natures cruel joke! I've been on Elk Mountain in a broken down truck in 40 below weather! :lmao: :lmao: Funny now, but at the time I was numb and scared! Nothing like waking up with perfect snow everywhere you look though.

That's gonna make for some great pics, a 5yo GSF member!

I'm a little disappointed....I was expecting to spend my entire lunch break catching up on posts. Instead I only had to read one page. I may actually have to read over my lunch break!! What's up with you folks?

I think the storms over Chicago may actually be done!

I think everyone is doing that nasty thing called WORK :rotfl: I, on the otherhand am still stuck in GA. That's the trucking industry, folks. SIT and WAIT. Load cancelled this AM, so now we are not leaving out until tonight, but with a straight shot to Nor Cal which is a lot better than having to grace LA with our presence.
I guess I could take this opportunity to brag on my ds16 (actually my stp sn but we are very close). He has just been chosen to be a student ambassador for his school to Portugal, France, and Morocco. Dear old dad and I are both doing cartwheels as this child was a D student just 2 short years ago (what a difference homeschooling on a big truck for a year can do for a kid). He is very excited as are we. Anyone know anything about Portugal? I'm gonna have to do some research. We are beaming proud at this accomplishment. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

For those of you who like the products they use on the DCL spa- this is a great chance to get them on sale. Currently they are offering a buy 3, get the 4th free special. They also offer free shipping on orders totalling $75 or more. This will be a better deal than you will get on the ship. I have really enjoyed the stuff I bought on the ship and have ordered more from the website. Using the products brings me a little of DCL at home. I really like the milk bath and the frangipani moisture melt- they smell so great. I rub the moisture melt in after long runs and I catch the smell every so often and I think about the couples massage I had with Robb when we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversay on the Westbound repo.

Here is a link if you are interested: Time to Spa

AWESOME!!! Good for him and good for you doing the homeschooling!! What an effort on the part of you and your son! I would love to do homeschooling, but I need to finish grad school first.

Portugal, my parents have been there. I remember they said it was very expensive and a lot like Spain. Other than that, I don't really know too much.
