we had a good weekend, and a few more days to go.

Missed Cinco de Mayo, or chigers in the mayo. Only sea horses here.

Finally reading the Da Vinci Code. Had to wait for paper back, enjoying it.

Great pics Scott!

Think about all of us that have to work this week. :sad2:

Congratulations, Bernadette! party: party: party:

Carol, isn't your surgery tomorrow? I wish you luck and quick healing if so.

And, since I've already posted my extender when I finished it, I'll be happy to be a judge! What fun! Originality goes a long way!!

One week from tomorrow and Austin, our DS, graduates HS!!! :woohoo:

Tony {Aphoenix},

Just to let you know your Fish Extender went into the mail today. I woulld expect it to be in your mail box about Wednesday. :stir: Happy decorating. :stir:

Like Scott I would be happy to fill in at your store but we have something planed for that date. :sail: Lots of time between now and then so I hope you have the best of luck getting the positions filled quickly with good solid people! :goofy:

Thanks - on both fronts! We really are hoping - we actually got some good news on one person who may be able to take on a part time position with us through the summer, which would be fantastic.

Bernadette,

Congratulations! :thumbsup2 :cheer2: What a relief it must be to have it over.

Denise,

Yes, as you can see I have an early morning surgery scheduled. My surgery is at 7:30, have to be there at 6:00, live an hour away all adds up to a very early morning.

Better run. DH won't let me prograstinate any longer. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao:

Carol

Ok. I have a stupid question. Does anyone know how I can print out a page of Tracy's awesome newsletter without having the words cut off? The right margin is too big!

:confused3

Thanks!

Not sure if this will work, but try going to the print menu and selecting the Fit to Page option. Hope it works!

Tracy

Bob, this is work LOL

Carol, wishing you the best with the surgery. Speedy recovery.

Carol, we're all thinking of you today :goodvibes

Just wanted to share with all of you. At the end of last year I entered a photo contest with three photos. Two of my photos won! One was third place (that picture was in a recent newsletter -- the picture of the tree on a path) and the other was an honorable mention! Only 1000 more wins and I can quit my day job :lmao:

Congrats Tracy! That's awesome! And, by the way, your newsletter was super, as always. Once again, thank you for the hard work!

Carol, we're thinking of you and hope you, when you can, or Doug will give us an update. :flower1: :flower1: :flower1:

Carol - pixiedust: for a speedy recovery. I have been thinking about you all morning and look forward to reading the post that says all went well and that you are on the road to recovery.

Tracy - awesome newsletter :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:
Your hard work is much appreciated.

Home again and trying to get caught up from being gone, I did some consulting in Toronto. We did get to see Lord of the Rings - awesome production. Take care everyone - Scott, enjoy that vacation!

TO ALL, :wave2:

First, thank you all sooo much for all the well wishes. It has ment a great deal to Carol and myself. Now for the update:

The surgery went very well. She was in the OR by 7:30 and out by 9:45.
Out of recovery and in her room by 11:30. The Dr. had to do a little more than expected but nothing major. :thumbsup2

The Dr. thinks she will be able to come home tomorrow but I doubt if she will feel like doing much of anything :yay: at least for a week or two.

Thanks again and have a GREAT day.

Doug and Carol

Thanks Doug for updating us! Glad to hear all went well with Carol today.

Carol congrats on the surgery! :wizard:

Bernedette- congrats on graduation!! I'm super jealous!

Scott & Lynn- very cool pics. :goodvibes

Tony- good luck on the employees! :thumbsup2

I'm getting excited to come out to Anaheim for the convention in 2 weeks, I can't wait for some warm(er) weather. I am going to see Char & Andy down at DL over the weekend of the 19th and am spending one night at the California Grand and we are going to dinner at Napa Rose. I am excited to try Rubio's Fish tacos while I am there and get my favorite hamburger at In & Out burger.... :cheer2:
