I would think that by the case is the only way to go. You guys (up north language) have basements up there for storage and everything. Ya'll are saving energy by making fewer trips to the store.

Actually, in the midwest it is 'you guys'. Now, in the northeast, Peter's area, it is 'youse guys'.

Am I going to be able to sucessfully bring my own bottles of champagne onboard without getting into trouble? I'd like to have champagne every night at dinner and dh doesn't drink it so I was pondering half bottles...
I know the DCL doesn't really do half bottles and I'm not into the whole "cork it till tomorrow" thing. I'm willing to pay corking fee to enjoy my bubbles every night....Imput please

Laurie would be able to help you with this- I know she brought on some of her own bottles when she came and had them served at dinner....oh Laurie! I don't think you will have any problem- but the corking fee may cost more than your splits of champagne. I'd leave them on ice in my room & enjoy them on the verandah after dinner.

Also- should anyone need stuff at Costco, my sister who is coming on the cruise now lives in Windermere. If anyone would like us to pick up some stuff, I am planning on making a costco trip precruise & we will have a car. (Possibly two cars) If I were on deck 2- I would suggest a community bottle of laundry detergent- or having one cabin bring dryer sheets, one cabin bring spotter, etc- and having everything in the laundry room labelled. However, I am not on deck 2.

Got to get back to work- lunch break is over.

Bob, if our weather is heading your way, "youse guys" are in for some sun and warmth.

Good weekend, dog walks, SCUBA class, pot luck party, and only one call from the realator to show the house. Oh we also got our fish ext things together, started to decorate it, I need a generator to power the lazer light show, and the Tiki Gods should be ready to rock out, the parrot is ready to do Phins.

I thought of a new "fish extender" judging category....What about a "Reader's Choice" category????? The judging committee could select 5 or 6 of the most creative fish extenders and we post the pictures on the "Live Thread" and the Live Thread readers vote for the best fish extender...and then we post the results......what do you think????????????????

I think that is a great idea. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of a fish extender? How wide will fit and approx how long? I am REALLY getting into making one of these as it is right up my creative alley.

Thanks! I smell a Tim-The-Tool-Man Taylor Fish Extender Contest Brewing. My Dh says "Oooh, Laser show?" as I read him this whiles he's driving He's the guy who's house you drive by at christmas and have to wear shades We'll probley short out the power on the boat!!

Just got back from Family Media Day at Disneyland - got to do a sneek peek at the new Pirates attraction. Three rides in a row. Ride through! Ride through!


Fantastic - they did a great job in blending the new elements in!

Then, we ran into Tink33, as she was getting off the ride, and had lunch with her at Cafe Orleans.

Don't think she even realized I snapped the picture!

Had the new three-cheese Monte Cristo for lunch. Swiss, mozzerella, and double-creme brie. Heart attack on a plate - but it was delicious.
