and....

A personalized BUFFET license plate from Ontario with the Toronto Raptor's logo on it that is hanging in the store...you can see the license plate from the front door when you walk in....I had to take a picture of it....because that piece of metal cost someone anywhere from $165 - $275, depending on when it was ordered and probably another $50 - $75 to replace the plate from their vehicle (we have to have a license plate on both the front and back of our vehicles).

What is a Parrothead?

The general theme of being a Parrothead is one of relaxation and being on a permanent mental vacation, even while working

That pretty much sums me up lately....all I can think about is this cruise...morning, noon and night...I know I'm counting down the days until I cruise...and my co-workers are counting down the days until I leave so they don't have to hear about it anymore!!!!!!!

This comes a little late for all the Croc people out there:

Crocs to Debut Disney Footwear in Fall

NIWOT, Colo. (Business Wire) – Crocs, Inc. announced that it will introduce a limited edition line of footwear featuring some of Disney's most popular characters. The new line, which will be called "Disney by CROCS," will be available at select US retail locations prior to the 2006 Holiday season with an expanded product line launch occurring in Spring 2007. The Disney by CROCS line, which is targeted towards both children and adults, will debut with special-edition Mickey Mouse die-cut Adult Beach and Kid's Cayman models. These styles will be available in a broad range of two-toned color pallets including Mickey's signature black and red. Other models include an array of unique designs emphasizing the distinctive personalities of Disney's characters including Mickey and Friends, Winnie the Pooh and Friends, Disney Princess, Disney Fairies, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean and Disney*Pixar's Toy Story and Cars.

OMG!
I can see Scott filling out the order forms now. 1 pair of each character. :lmao:

IMonso- DS16 will not be going on this cruise (despite much begging and pleading) I wish he was but he just can't miss that much school because it seems to take him longer than most to catch up. Sorry! but I'm sure there will be plenty of kids your ds's age, I've found that no matter what time of year we go there are ALWAYS teenagers there. :wizard:

ahhhh, thats just terrible mom, how can you guys go on a trip like that and not take the kids.???

..round of sneers and geers in there for effect to drive up the guilt factor...school will be there when they get back but the memories will last forever... (harps and other cool music in the background)... :sunny:

trying to help the kids out heee heee :thumbsup2

Sums it up for me too.

Was discussing this subject at a phlocking one time and was told that "if you've ever been 'Leid' you might be a parrothead". Got real excited until I realized that she was talking about a flowered necklace. :lmao:

Bob after I got up off the floor :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I realize you don't need no stinkin' Questionaire. You are there. Stick to the code. (Thems maybe not rules, kinda guidelines?)

Bob, Bob, Bob....I hate having my picture taken....I do have a picture of Mom and I with Leslie and Joe at the Southern Most Point....but I have received strict orders to not post any pictures without the consent of Leslie...as she has bathing suit blackmail pictures!!!! :rotfl2:

Forgot to mention...

Scott I'm guessing the travel thing you were talking about was the Traveling Overseas...1-10 section?? If so, that was from Gail (glindamood). Sorry Gail, it was late and I was strapped for space so I couldn't acknowledge you. :goodvibes

Not a problem Tracy - and all I did was copy something that Voyagers sent to Drew (youngest son that was part of Michigan Ambassadors of Music that just returned from a tour of Europe).

Hope everyone's day has been better than mine - I loathe stupid and careless and I was both today. I will work on my share of posts tomorrow.

Go ahead post. I've got DPD pictures. :smooth: And not the one with the boa. :lmao:

Besides, you're going to be her caretaker on this cruise. Guardian so to speak.

Nope....no can do....I don't ever want the picture Leslie has of me ever surfacing ANYWHERE....let alone the internet!!!!!

The kids have had their share of cruises and get another next labor day! :cool1: This is kind of like an anniversary cruise for us, we got hitched last sept 8. We are thinking about printing out pics and glueing them to sticks and taking various photo ops with "the paper kids" just to have momentos for them. You are right, school will be there when they get back but, ds's grades will take a nosedive! :rolleyes1 They get to come next time.
Hey can we be parrotheads if I post pics of my dh washing down his very first cheeseburger in paradise in key west last year with an authentic Margaritaville Margarita? Can we? Can we? :woohoo: :woohoo:

Okay Bob...I found one of just Mom and I at the Southernmost Point...to prove we were in Key West...not the most flattering picture...but oh well...
