We noticed that about the hats, and my kids were the only kids in the pool wearing swim shirts.

We noticed the lack of hats and rash shirts over there too. I wear a hat in the theme parks all of the time also, the GHD is for the non theme park outings

Hmm that brings up a question....is it ok to wear a Disneyland hat in Disney World, or is that a total no no? Because my only hat is a Disneyland hat, I will probably buy a new one while we are there, maybe I should get one in LA or Chicago before we hit WDW?

So........it's up into a ponytail and on with a cap!! That's actually one thing that shocked me about DL in 2009 - it was crazy hot and barely anybody had a hat on........what??!!

OMG - 2 more sleeps. After over a year of planning, I can not believe how disorganised I am. Last night I went to print out all of our confirmations, and the printer died. DS2 has no summer tops, so I have to go shopping, with said 2 year old. The kids have their book week parade today. DH didn't get the cases down for me before he left for work. I still have conjunctivitis. Now I know why the kids hate having the ointment in their eyes. Off to the chemist this morning to get some drops. And the most important decision of the day is should I buy an iPad?

Get those drops, pick up some ink and a couple of t-shirts then grab a large cappuccino!

By this afternoon things will be much better (and I love my iPad - using it right now)!

seems we are all fighting off either sickness or incompetence...

I am so edgy re getting sick, i think i will make myself sick just worrying over it.....so my mantra is now " just chill, you can kill them when you get back ".

8 sleeps to go........and i have 1.9kg left to lose to reach my goal weight....in 8 days, don't think it'll happen

grrrr..its looking like its going to be one of those days

Jade - I hope you get it all done.
A conjunctivitis tip...get some of those saline viles from the chemist and have the kids all rinse their eyes with it...because as you know it's so contagious but the saline can help stave it off...(I have done this when I have looked after kids who have it and it works for me anyway).

We have one more sleep to go I am organised, as is DD because well she has no choice but Dh not so much Ah well 24 hours and we'll be on our way to the airport so he will just have to be.

If I don't get back on I hope everyone has a good trip.

Thank you all for your calming words, though I am still feeling rather frazzled. My 2 year old has taken off with my 'to do' list. Anyone want him? He is cute.

Thanks for the tip cappucinno. I am so jealous that you are organised.

australiankaren, I lost weight in my last trip due to all the walking. Though I am now a gym junkie, and I don't know how I am going to survive without my Step and Attack classes.

Had a quick chat to DS5's teacher and asked her to remind him that he is not to go near the monkey bars or jump off the fort. I nearly died when he told me what he was doing at lunch yesterday.

As for the iPad, I will have to make another speedy trips to the shops tomorrow, then have a quick browse for some apps.

OK, coffee break over. The little monster is watching Hi-5, so firstly I am going to find my list.

Cappucino - I hope that everything is GORGEOUS.....it's like an evacuation around here at the moment everybody is making a run for it...straight to DL and WDW!

If you live in Sydney you may even have a slightly nicer run to the airport tomorrow due to the teacher's strike - less cars because people are all at home with their kids. On the other hand - the movies and shopping centres will be CRAZY!

Looking forward to hearing about your holiday when we are all back with no tickers and no plans and no hope..............sigh.........

IPad - yeah, why not. For most of of the ipad models it's a bit cheaper to buy here and claim the GST at the airport on the way out than to purchase the US! And if you're eligible for the education tax rebate it counts towards that.

attack was last night and step tonight, so fingers crossed i dont fall off the damn thing I only have 4 classes left until we are out of here...

Mr Postman has just delivered my Body Glide. I can get it cheaper whilst away but I wanted to do the allergy and does-it-work tests first!

OMG!!! Best way to describe at the moment -you know when you get a new pair of high heels and you need to wear them in so you wear stockings or socks for a couple of days at home first, then they get comfy. Well this is kind of like that, but better. I have the body glide on one foot and I can't even feel the strap, and where I don't have it I can feel the strap, and this is on comfy worn in sandles! I hope that makes sense!

We claimed the iPad on tax this year - educational expense (insert hilarious laughter ), and that tax return is paying for my shopping spree in Las Vegas. I love the DET and the ATO almost as much as I love my iPad - LMAO!!!

By the way Jade - check for your list in the toilet - most males take stuff in there to read - even if he is still in nappies!!

As for Body Glide - I have to get onto that bandwagon - even if it sounds like something out of Solid Gold - everybody do the Body Glide!!

My daughter bought her own Ipad this year, I told her I would give half back when I got my tax return - which I am still waiting to do, and she is asking for the money!!

Is facebook educational? *** I'm pretty sure thats all she uses it for.!!

Isnt Australia great, not only do we get 4weeks paid annual leave - we get 17.5% loading on top!!!

Were home arrived today the plane made it without having to stop for fuel
Will start reading maybe tomorrow or in a few days we are all so tired after the long flight.

I hope you all have a great time as you all head of or have already left. Just wanted to mention that there is an Aussie girl named Sarah and she works on main street at Magic kingdom anywhere form the lovely shop where they sell the Dooney & Bourke handbags ( we might of just got one for me and a very spoilt 12 year old girl) to the front water stand where you walk in on the right hand side when entering the park she loves to see some Aussies. There are quite a few Aussies working there this year it's amazing see so many.

Anyway that is enough tired ramble from Enjoy your trips Hope you all come home having had as much fun as we did
