My mom will be joining us! Was able to make the change to the reservation and excursion and spa appointments. Mom will be celebrating her 84th birthday on September 25th. So we are: Margaret, DM Peggy, DD Michelle, DF Ana.

Happy Sunday Evening

I spent the day working on my FE exchange gifts for the ladies - we have 18 so far on this cruise and I have 53 on my Panama Canal cruise in December. I have red and black paint all over the place but DD and I are having a great time making them. DH even helped a little

On our AK cruise I ordered one of the alcoholic coffee drinks in Cove Cafe to get the AK mug and it was really good. Not sure which one it was, but it was one of the ones on the menu. Then another day I went to Diversions to get a drink in the mug and had the bartender come up with a hot chocolate drink which ended up being really good. He just stood there and picked up a bottle and asked if I wanted that in the drink. I honestly don't remember what went in the mug other than hot chocolate. I just had to get 2 mugs since DD wanted one and I wasn't going to let her get a non-alcoholic drink when I could get the alcohol for $2 more. That was the best drink/mug deal.

We set sail for Alaska on the Wonder two weeks from tomorrow, so I will have to check out the alcoholic coffee/hot chocolate drinks and mug option. Kind of crazy that CaliforniaGirl09 and I (and our families this time!) will be doing the Alaska cruise and then the two of use will be setting sail with you all on the Magic about three and a half weeks later! We just couldn't pass up the last-minute deals and a chance to sail out of New York and see the Titanic cemetery, etc. We signed up for our Port Adventures right after we booked on Friday. We opted for the Top Ten Best of Halifax with Lunch (adults only) and the St. Martins and Bay of Fundy in Saint John. The adults only version of that one sold out between the morning when we booked the cruise and the afternoon when we booked our Port Adventures, so we will see if we can switch to the adults only onboard (or maybe some spots will open up in the next couple of weeks). Since I am still working my way through this thread and the main board material on the Canada cruises, if anyone recalls any feedback on these Port Adventures, please pass it on. Palo looks to be all sold out, so we will try for that on board if we decide we need more Palo (we are doing brunch, dinner and one of the last high teas offered on our Alaska cruise).

This is our 2nd Disney cruise and we can't wait. This board is an amazing resource. The information shared is so helpful, but the sense of community and opportunity to meet all the wonderful people is invaluable.

We set sail for Alaska on the Wonder two weeks from tomorrow, so I will have to check out the alcoholic coffee/hot chocolate drinks and mug option. And a few of us will be getting off the Magic and two weeks later hopping onto the Fantasy.

For those of you not on the FB group, we're starting to form a embarkation day meet from 3:00pm to 3:45pm in the Promenade Lounge. We also had the idea of wearing green leis in the terminal and at the meet as a way of identifying each other as part of this group.

I love this map and was hoping you wouldn't mind making an updated one for me with one minor change please? My mom and I are on the B2B2B that I've posted about here where we will be sailing September 2 - 17, 2012 so do you think you could make a high res version with the date change? Also, I love the brown treasure map too and would love the date change as well. Plus instead of your names down the side could it say Hope Sparkles?

P.S. I just saw your offer for color changes... As much as I love purple (20 year cancer survivor who does Relay For Life), I wonder what the map would look like with a Navy Blue border or a Red one next to the yellow? But only if it is not too much trouble. Thanks!
