Well, Connie LIVES just south of Orlando, about 10 miles East of Epcot, and we had 3 hurricanes go right over my house about this time last summer!!!!!! We don't need any this year, some people still have blue tarps for roofs!

Ooops I thought you traveled down. Sorry.

Stay safe, anyway! It must be sad to see those tarps. I can't imagine the people going through that.

Here we are in Orlando with bands of rain and wind passing through from Hurricane Katrina and THANKING OUR LUCKY STARS that it's not coming straight at us like last year. Some rain is no big deal, but they have closed the school in south florida and all of the Miami area. I hope it goes on through before long. AND that no more decide to form before next Sunday!
I hope everything is ok at Disney's DVC in Vero Beach.

We've just started getting the furthest outer bands of rain. And, it's getting windy out there!! I suspect that our weather will get worse once Katrina makes her way into the Gulf of Mexico.

Me thinks that Diana of the Shrek feet is a sucker for something besides 90210...

Sucker is my middle name. Did you know I was a girl scout leader and cookie manager for our association and I didn't even have kids? I can't say no. It's not even in my vocabulary!!

I was thinking it would be easier if my sister had a friend while she was here. And I was thinking the two 12 year olds would be able to watch my girls while I did what I needed to do for the party this week. I thought wrong. I ended up being cook, maid and entertainment providers to the 12 year olds, while still babysitting my two and planning the party. I now know why I'm not having a third child!

Diana don't feel bad about being a sucker. I was a girl scout leader and cookie manager too but at least I had a dd in girl scouts. I cannot say no to anything that has to do with my kids. Right now I am the treasurer of my dd's gymnastics parent club and it is a huge headache.

Will probably be TOP of page 601. But it's 4:25pm my time and my brain stops working for the day around 3pm. After 3pm it's on a mini vacation...
