Whether you dress up or dress down on pirate night just don't forget to go to the Pirate Party up on deck. It is so much fun and the fireworks are wonderful! Don't miss it!

We did a huge group pirate outing in 2003 to MNSSHP and I did this outfit except I cut up a pair of old jeans instead of black pants... NO dress for this woman at WDW in the theme parks!
That's the only time that I have worn a dress was at MK for MNSSHP.

One year, we were all dressed in 50s attire, including poodle skirts for Emily and I. Emily was only 1 at the time.

Then the next year, I actually convinced DH to wear Peter Pan (no tights), Emily was Tinkerbell and I was Wendy. It was very, very cute!!

Otherwise, no skirts or dresses for me at WDW.

Wow Amy, he sounds like such a good sport. I casually mentioned dressing up as pirates to DH at dinner tonight.....I should have taken a picture of the look on his face when he realized I was being serious! :rotfl:

The only dress I've ever worn at WDW was my wedding dress. :goodvibes But that wasn't at a park, we got married at the Poly.

Well that must have been nice.

For me, my imagination tries to put the 'sprit chaser' guy from the luau at the wedding, spear, tongue out, face tatoos and all :p

I think I have found the the most simple pirate costume yet! Today in the mail we got a catalog from ShinDigz and it is has a lot of costumes.

Check it out: http://www.shindigz.com/catalog.cfm?pgp=5F030B

If I hand't already got DH a t-shirt! Maybe it will work for someone else. I think that it is kind of funny.

Yeah, he is a pretty good sport. He'll go with the flow most of the time. As long as he's comfortable and doesn't look completely ridiculous.

Now, that is the perfect pirate costume for someone that doesn't want to dress up.

I can't leave you guys alone for a few hours without you filling up a couple of pages of posts! :faint:

Stacy and Jeff--if you want binders and folders.....RUN to your Office Max
in the Crossing!!

Sorry to everyone who I was looking for stuff for.....I struck out. There is another OM but I won't be able to get there until Sunday.

I will probably stop on my way home from work tomorrow night. Jeff just shakes his head over the whole thing.
Men they just don't get it sometimes

I was just reading my All Ears newsletter and what did I find?

-- Keister Coaster pool slide at the BoardWalk Resort will be closed for rehab September 6-26, 2005.

My DD really wanted to try this slide and was really looking forward to it! So who wants to break the news to her? :sad2:

Awww, that's too bad. We are staying at BWV, but DH says he doesn't care about the slide, as long as the pool is still open.

Maybe he would have chased my in-laws away! :rotfl: Oops, did I say that out loud? :rotfl2:

I LOVE the pirate shirt! I actually think I have some t-shirt transfer paper sitting around here, so that would be REAL easy for me to make DH as a surprise!!

Did you guys realize that we just moved over to page 299?!?!? I wonder how long it will be before we make it to 300. Ooohh, maybe by the morning!?!?!?

Aww---too bad you guys aren't leaving Friday on our flight! We could have had a pre-pre cruise meet at 6am at the airport!!

We are on the same flight going home though, so we can recap the whole cruise while sitting on the floor at the gate! :rotfl2:

That works for me. :flower:
I think my dad did mention something about going down a day early. I don't know if he meant or just threw it out there!? :scratchin

I sure was! I don't think the group is around any more is it?

It sure is but not in the same place as when you were there I don't think. I'll PM you so as not to bore our blinkie buddies with the wedding talk.
