We did a huge group pirate outing in 2003 to MNSSHP and I did this outfit except I cut up a pair of old jeans instead of black pants... NO dress for this woman at WDW in the theme parks!

That's the only time that I have worn a dress was at MK for MNSSHP.

One year, we were all dressed in 50s attire, including poodle skirts for Emily and I. Emily was only 1 at the time.

Then the next year, I actually convinced DH to wear Peter Pan (no tights), Emily was Tinkerbell and I was Wendy. It was very, very cute!!

Otherwise, no skirts or dresses for me at WDW.

Wow Amy, he sounds like such a good sport. I casually mentioned dressing up as pirates to DH at dinner tonight.....I should have taken a picture of the look on his face when he realized I was being serious!

I think I have found the the most simple pirate costume yet! Today in the mail we got a catalog from ShinDigz and it is has a lot of costumes.

We are taking Southwest down on the 3rd and getting in around the same time!!!
I'll have to wear a Disney shirt and matbe we will see each other!?

We were driving until Southwest offered the $39 each way special. So we are flying. We land somewhere around 11:30 am on Sat.

We are flying Southwest also. Coming in on the 3rd and landing about the same time!!

Yeah, he is a pretty good sport. He'll go with the flow most of the time. As long as he's comfortable and doesn't look completely ridiculous.

Awww, that's too bad. We are staying at BWV, but DH says he doesn't care about the slide, as long as the pool is still open.

Maybe he would have chased my in-laws away! Oops, did I say that out loud?

I LOVE the pirate shirt! I actually think I have some t-shirt transfer paper sitting around here, so that would be REAL easy for me to make DH as a surprise!!

Aww---too bad you guys aren't leaving Friday on our flight! We could have had a pre-pre cruise meet at 6am at the airport!!

We are on the same flight going home though, so we can recap the whole cruise while sitting on the floor at the gate!

Just checking back in. Our family will be arriving September 1st.in the morning.We have POR booked. But I'm thinking about moving to another hotel.We will see tomorrow.So that's 3days at WDW!
