We haven't planned excursions yet - I guess because it's such a long time before we can book them. Have any of the other first-timers calculated the exact date where we can begin to book Palo, excursions, etc. I think it's 75 days prior, but I haven't counted it out yet.

Has anyone else gotten the new Passporter? I am on close to half way through it.

I am still around...just haven't had time to post in forever! I do read the posts that come through e-mail though.

Welcome to our new cruisers! I will be traveling with my dh, dd (12) and ds (8).

We are paying the cruise off this week...I look forward to booking all my reservations soon! I am not sure we will do a lot of excursions (we just got home from a week in St. John earlier this month). We just love being on the ship.

Looking forward to meeting some of you on board!

Well I hope everyone has an awesome day. I'm starting the cleaning process for my house today, and I'm not looking forward to it. We are looking at two open houses tomorrow after church. The process begins...

We haven't booked any excursions yet, David gave us info about one, hey David, you could share the wealth with the others. Some tour guide for the Island, I'm not sure which Island though. I told David as long as I'm at Orient beach riding the waves for about 4 hours I'm okay with the tour. We are booking our airfare on Monday and then Tuesday I will be paying off the cruise.

Gosh, my allergies are acting up. Everything is blooming and If I could cough up a hairball I would.

Well, I'll catch up with all later on.

Hey everyone!! Happy Saturday!
mcentee- wish I could squeeze you into the suitcase! We are excited...less than a week and we are off to WDW!!!!
I am nervous about doing the Minnie Marathon...I haven't been feeling well the last few days, so any walking/running has been put on hold Hope it gets better before we go!

I am not sure what we are doing in terms of excursions or the night before cruise, or anything really! Guess I better get on the ball!

Can't wait to meet you all!

We have talked about some excursions, but not sure what we are doing yet. We may go on our own when we get there. Nothing big planned for us night prior to leaving. We are driving all night to get there Sat morning. The boys will travel better at night. I am sure when we board the adults will want to sleep, and the kids will be full of energy.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend. We have been playing baseball all weekend and another game tomorrow. The fun of having 3 boys who all love the game. Got to run. talk to you all later

Weather is nice though, went for a walk last evening. Thought it might help me feel better. It was nice, and the fresh air did help. Hope I am not getting sick....that would stink
Well, this week should be crazy...gotta get things ready for WDW and we are starting to go through things to get packing! I cannot believe we are moving in a month!

Had a nice "mini" cruise reunion last night... 3 people from our cruise and I got together for dinner. Makes me excited for our July meeting and then for the CRUISE!

Also...I saw someone posted www.reminderband.com This looks cool for getting our "DisMeet" stuff...anyone, anyone...Bueller?

Good news everyone our DD has officially announced she is pregnant. We're sooooo happy with two Grandsons we're hoping for a girl. Did I mention this is my DW's retirement cruise? I've had to wait three years for this. Wonder if we can celebrate this as an anniversary in Palo's, where we've never been.

You can wear your braclet the whole cruise, easy to spot each other. With a shirt how many times can you wear it. I hope not everyday. People would be avoiding you.

Lucky you have a great trip. Look forward to a recap. Any extra bedrooms? Now that we will be retired we're looking for a family to adopt us, but must be within a day drive of Disney. BIGRED1 on the 10/07 cruise already has wrist bands.

I had some airline credits from changing our flights to Alaska so I decided to book our flight to MCO. It seems you can't do that over the phone, so I had to ride over to the airport. Nervous about flying on the day of the cruise but DW's last day is Friday and it would be too hectic to fly that night. Took 45 minutes to process the credits, and was a real hassle but worth it The tickets were 321.41 each and had $16 left over which they no longer credit you. The credit was only good till the end of Sept, I was worried they wouldn't give it to us because we're not returning till 10/14.

DW hasn't taken off her Jewelry since we got home from the cruise. She is not a Jewejry person so this is a real thrill for me.

149 and counting. Just reread the thread for the third time. Seems like we have a lot of boys going, I only noticed 2 DD's, that's thanks to our Canadian Friends Danny & Family. Was it something in the water?

I promise this will be my last post of the day. I think we have a really great group of cruisers.

joksten- we are a days drive to WDW, but not nearly close enough for my taste!! But I will see what I can do with the adoption process!

We leave tomorrow for WDW and I am without question, TOTALLY EXCITED!
I know the morning will be so slow while i wait for Steve to get home from work...but I will be ready so as soon as he gets home, we can hit the road!

In terms of the cruise, we switched to early dinner...figured it would work better for Ryan and we usually eat dinner at home no later tha 6:30. We used to have late on cruises, but decided to change....we will see how it goes! I cannot wait till 90 days out to start booking stuff...that will make it seem closer..right now I have the WDW trip, then moving to NC. Once that is done, my attention will be all on CRUISING!

Hello Everyone - I have completly read my Passporter and am getting very excited!

Morning!!

I just pulled out my passporter from last year...been reading it at night in the tub to "get me in the mood" to cruise!

I also am on the countdown for WDW! The time is passing so quick! Guess that is the good thing about being busy at work..the days FLY!

I think I have about 82 days and 23 hours till I go!!! Can't wait! My friend RJ has gotten us all dinner plans together (they are the ones I cruised with last year). I talk to her almost everyday, but it will be so GREAT to actually SEE her!!! DD is looking forward to seeing her friend from the cruise who's family is also coming. They emailed before the cruise and were best friends by embarkment on the ship!

I have also begun working on my tan for the cruise! I have been in the pool every weekend because it has been so HOT! This is going to be a killer summer for heat. I can already tell.

ok..gotta get the house picked up. DH is a firefighter and was on duty last night. I want to make sure he comes home to a neat house (cause DD and I had movie night last night and it looks like a hurricane hit the room....er...NO HURRICANES!!! Must not to speak the "H" word!

CNB - where are you in Tennessee? My family lives in Antioch and Mt Juliet! My DD will be 8.5 on the cruise

Counting the days till we leave. Wish we could start packing now!!! Guess it is not that close though.

Hi All,

Got the airfare booked, transportation to Ron Jon's, of course Ron Jon's and I even snagged a private tour on St. Martin with 'Joyce Prince' for Tuesday morning and then some beach time.

We are trying to firm up plans for St. Thomas. Does anybody have any info about good beaches? I seem to remember something about Maegans's Bay but I can't find it again.

Also, Would any of you early diners like to link our dinner reservations so we can get on the same rotation?

Lastly, I think I want to request the PLA dining rotation. This will put is in Lumieres on formal night, Animator's Palete on semi-formal and Parrot Cay on Pirate night. Any other takers?

Do we have anybody in the group that's good with door sign's? My son has been getting into drawing/illustrating on the PC with a touch tablet. (Don't tell him but he's pretty creative. )

Is it time to go yet?????

PLA is a very good rotation!

I am going to request that too, but I am a late seating...I hate to feel "rushed" to get ready for dinner and rushed to eat my dinner...But we loved the way PLA worked!
