As to Ansley's teacher, I still haven't told her. Ansley actually was not on her best behavior today (how mortifying, right?) so I don't want to add insult to injury by telling her teacher "the news" (however, I guess if Ansley continues to act up, maybe her teacher will celebrate our going on vacation - LOL).

We (or should I say "I" since I know DH isn't going to do it) haven't told DDs teacher about it yet. However, DD has mentioned that we are going on a cruise, so maybe that will lessen the blow a bit? I think I'll send a note in with DD on Friday telling the teacher about the vacation and ask her if I need to write a formal letter to the principal or anything. And of course to please send any homework/assignments with us so DD can complete them. DD knows that she will have to do a little homework while we are on vacay, so she is prepared. I'll let you know how it goes after I tell her teacher. Good luck with yours! And don't worry, all the kids have those "not so great days" every once in a while.

When we did our fireworks cruise we paid top dollar to have it catered with cheap champagne. It was nice though.

So, new proposition;

Revealing of the Secret Mickeys on Thursday october 1st, at 3.00 pm. Who's for and who's against? It would still leave us with location. Was thinking about Topsiders, but the buffet ends at 2 pm. Does anybody know if Topsiders stays open afterwards or not??

Hey all, we cannot do the reveal at 3 on Thursday as that is when dsis and I have our Palo High Tea. Guess I could send dh, if need be. Don't change it on our account, though. If the majority agrees, then go for it.

:As for the ATV I was just reading my passporter and if we stop in Cozumel they have three very cool excursions...

1 is "Drive a four person 4x4 jeep through the tropical scrub. After bump, bump, bumping alond the dirt rods, you will enjoy a yummy lunch on the beach and explore some low key ruins"

Dh (Bigferrell) and I did this with friends and dsis in 2007 and it was AWESOME!!! Nothing like seeing the countryside up close and personal in your own Jeep. The meal at the beach was really good, too--mexican tacos and such. This excursion is what really got us excited about the ATV one we all will be doing SOOON!!!!
