When is everyone getting to the port???? Is boarding at 12pm? I can't remember from our previous two cruises.
We are doing breakfast at WDW, need to still check on the Kona w/ Crystal --procrastinating, procrastinating... lol We are shooting for noonish to one; we're not in a hurry this time. Trying for the "walk right onboard" trip.
Tailgating starts at 8:30 in the transition lot

I don't want it to sound as if my boys are out of
control monsters. They are on various RXs to try to get some of the conditions under control. My boys are very, very
loving,
caring, sweet and
kind hearted kids. Are there days that we all end up
crying...Yes, are there days that we all end up
frustrated and angry....Yes, but as long as the good days out pass the REALLY bad ones then I know we are doing something right.
Hey Rebecca,
Seems as if we have lots in common with you as well. All four of our kiddos are adopted with diagnoses as well. Life is challenging at times, but we love em to pieces, and they have filled a void in my life that I never thought would/could be filled! Looking forward to meeting your family soon!!!
Rebecca,
Thanks for sharing all that information about your boys. Hayden is the sweetest little boy but can be a major handful without any notice. His also has ADHD, social & learning delays and impulse control. He is starting 2nd grade and is coming along pretty well with the help of therapy and special ed. We chose to start him a year later to help make up for some of the delays and adjusting to medication. I"m really proud of his accomplishments but it's a long road. Just know, you're not alone.
Maybe we can get the boys together at the kids club?? There seems to be alot of 8 yr olds cruising with us.
Kim
That would be cool for the kids to get together and have "buddies' at the club!!! My eight year old is on the autism spectrum, so he tends to shy away from kids, but you never know. My nine year old loves, loves, loves friends to play with and is as hyper as the best of them. lol
We typically don't bring the kids to dinner because 2 hours is WAYYY to long for ours. It isn't something they enjoy, and they're on vacation, too! My oldest, turning 14 on the cruise, will be having dinner with us most nights. She's excited about her "freedom" on the ship, but along with it come rules and requirements from mom and dad!

We'll see how it goes.
Yes, they both are there. I thought I had all my FE gifts bought, but then I keep thinking of something that I "just have" to add.
lol, Rebecca, I keep seeing things, too, and say to myself -- "Girl you just need to make what you said you'd make and you're good!" I've got a bag of treats for the kiddos as well as a
Castaway Cay "toy" per kid cabin, and making something for the ladies of the group. Whew, need to get busy. Oh, and dsis wants me to help her make what she is sharing with you all as well. That will be coming up here soon when she comes to visit in August. =)
I think the thread being closed down was my fault...due to my last comment. I'm so sorry guys (*but* the good news is that we can still make fun of them over here - LOL)!!
During the drive down when we went in March, I swear Ansley did not stop talking for one second. And, because DH did the driving, I probably heard the word "Mom" 50,000 times. I've already told DH that I'll be driving down this time.
Nah, not Crystal! Sweet, sweet, loving Crystal

No apologies necessary -- apparantly, we all were eroding the culture of the thread.
The drive down-- don't get me started...

fifteen hours, four hyper kids that want to be at WDW YESTERDAY, I swear it gets harder as they get older!

The car seat days were really easy.

Just change your name in the car and don't respond to "MOM"
By the way did you know about the 'not too as it should be' way to get all kinds of games downloaded onto your DS? That way, you can get dozens of games onto one card, ideal for travel. I love it! Yep, I'm a selfproclaimed DS lover. Heck, I've got a game paused while posting this.
We got that "not too as it should be" for our DS and it rocked!!!! Kids broke it, though, as they do with entirely too much ease.
