LOLOLOL - with all of my big talk about stalking the Boards last night, I ended up getting wrapped up in a book. I started reading it at our friends' pool (floated on a lounger for about 2 hours in the pool and read: totally heavenly) drove home, ate cheese sticks for dinner, finished my book, talked with DH for a couple minutes, and went to bed. How's that for an exciting night?

BUT, I see that I've again managed to miss some good conversation last night! Let's see if I can keep up a little bit better tonight (although I'm planning on cleaning out my closet tonight - - how's that for high drama?).

I started putting together my FE gifts tonight and it makes the cruise feel so much more real! I do have a question.... what is everyone doing? One per stateroom or one per person?

We are making our FE gifts and will be making one per stateroom for the adults, and then getting something fun for the kids. However, for the staterooms that have non-married adults (friends, mother/daughter, etc.), we are trying to make a FE gift for each. However, even though I'm trying to be accurate in my count, I'll probably miss a few...but that's my plan, anyway.

Crystal, I am jealous jealous of you!!! All of these trips planned -- I wanna go!!! I would love to do the DCL with 2 CC stops, but they always seem so much more expensive?

We are looking forward to the free dining promo, although it isn't worth nearly as much when you now have to pay tips and no more appetizers. But it's free, so who's complaining???

Yeah, we are using our DVC points to pay for the cruise (well, actually, we are using our points for DH and my portion, and then paying about a thousand dollars for DD). I priced out the cruise for the 3 of us and it was over $5,000, but, with our banked and borrowed points, we sure feel like we're getting a good deal.

And, I totally bet you are looking forward to free dining - - where are you eating at? Anything that's new or that you're especially looking forward to?

Each time I have done it you get 3 shots of different Tequla and two margaritas.

WOW - any thoughts on who is going to carry all of us back to our staterooms??

I am sure most of you already knew that there are washers and dryers.

I also jusst read that you do not have to bring coins along, that you can now use your KTTW card; even better!!

I was just looking back toward the beginning of our thread and I noticed that once upon a time we had the Tag Line "Capturing the Caribbean" and I am wondering if we want to replace the date on the wirstbands with that.

My vote is for "Picaroon Pirates" and "Capturing the Caribbean."

That is way cool!!! Although I'm hoping not to need to do laundry on the ship. We'll definately be doing laundry the week before at Disney, so Goofiesis, send your dirty laundry my way!

Talking of which, we just pinned of the dress so they can tailor fit it for me. It is about a 1/4th size to big right now, and of course I'm going for the perfect fit. Mom sure went in a mommy-sob-ah-my-little-girl mood! Dad did the same, but acted goofy trying to hide it. SO funny! Mom and neighbour made the comment that the dress could've just as well been a wedding dress. OK, they went wayyyyyyyyy overboard with that one, according to me. Until I saw myself in the mirror. OH, DVC, how I wish you worked for me... fa la la la. Something about our choice to adopt four kids, and the cost of DVC for a family of six, and I won't continue to blubber blabber on...

Great for you, though! I would love to do a B2B(2B2B2B someday) or two days at CC. I hold those dreams close for retirement. In the next ten years or so, I'm hoping. Moving to FL, somewhere near the ocean, and not to far away from my buddy, Mickey Mouse. OH yeah, and with my dh, too.

We're excited about the dining plan. My sis is going w/ us and she hasn't been to WDW for over 20 years, and has never stayed onsite. It will be a treat for her, I'm sure. My kids are novices, though, and it will be quite amusing having them help her get around the world.

We're doing a couple of repeats, and trying a few new ones, too. I really would love to get in to do the new Cat Cora place at the BW. It used to be Spoodles, and we enjoyed a meal there a few years ago. I forget what the name is supposed to be. They are supposed to open in the end of August, so definately should be opened while we are there, but at this time not taking any ADR's.

Nope, It is due to close beg. of Aug -- any day now if not already. Didn't try the scallops there, but I know we really enjoyed the meal we did have. It was a great experience!

Wow that is great. I wont be doing laundry on this cruise, but next year on the TA I will. It will save time from having to roll all those coins to bring on the cruise!

I will try to get a more definite time on the breakfast as we get closer. I sent an email to DCL, but I guess he is mad cause I fussed so much about the breakfast in the beginning. He has not returned my email!!

Getting ready to print up some magnets! FE is complete and next on my list is gathering our FE Gifts. We are doing one per stateroom and it will be useful, I hope.

School starts in a few weeks, planning DD 2s first birthday, bridal shower to attend, and then cruise time...it is going to be a busy month!! Anyone else getting E X C I T E D!

My daughter is keeping a daily countdown to the wedding ... 30 days....and the cruise....51 days......so much to do still between now and the wedding....so super BUSY and super EXCITED!!!! Hoping to get all magnets and FE gifts done after the wedding when things will slow down just a tad. Our schools all started today. Colleges start in 2 weeks I think.

How awesome for your sister!! It was 10 years between Disney trips when DH and I went back in 2007 (for our anniversary) and I remember how excited we were about our trip after such a large gap. I'm sure she is sooooooo excited!!

I think I have finally got everyone's shoes. Bought DS11 his dress shoes today and a pair of casual slip-on's for me. Waiting for Lands End delivery at the beginning of the the week and I dare say I could pack all of our shoes.

Please not that I didn't say I would be packing them, just that I could.

What about the Flip Flop Flasks? Is there a corking fee for those? If so, is it one for each? What about on subsequent nights? I only get a corking fee once on a bottle of wine no matter how many nights it takes me to empty the bottle.

Not yet, but I hope I do get a call. I was just reading another thread where a person said there was an offer for $300 to upgrade to a Cat. 6 from a 9 on her cruise (Sept 12, I think).

Since I booked through a TA, would DCL call me or would they call my TA to see if I wanted an upgrade? Not saying it's gonna happen, but it would be nice to be offered one!

Really wish disneystore.com would get on the ball and put up the Halloween costumes. I need to get one for Bailey for the MNSSHP. I'm hoping to get mickey mouse costume but we'll see what other cute baby ones they have.
