All packed here in OH. We have an early flight tomorrow morning and by 12 pm we should be in sunny FL. I also printed address labels for all return bags, postcards, etc. By 2 pm I should be in our pool.

Momtotwogirls- Glad that the b-day party went well. Happy 1st B-Day. My DD at that age was not a real fan of frosting, I think it felt very messy to her.

I hope Karen is safe and they have a great road trip!!

Otherwise, I will keep in touch, free internet at the vacation home.

We will be in Epcot on Tue, going to see Turtle Talk with Crush @ 940am. Hope to see you then!

Last minute cruiser here. I just booked this evening and DH can't get off work to join me. I start a new job on Oct 5th just found out on Friday and really want a vacation before starting my new job. Is anyone besides me going solo? My plan is to be on deck 4 alot and at the pool.

This will be my 7th Disney cruise.

Last minute cruiser here. I just booked this evening and DH can't get off work to join me. I start a new job on Oct 5th just found out on Friday and really want a vacation before starting my new job. Is anyone besides me going solo? My plan is to be on deck 4 alot and at the pool.

This will be my 7th Disney cruise.

Welcome, welcome! Congrats on the new job and look forward to meeting you! DH and I hope to be on deck 4 a lot as well, but with two young'uns (6 and 2), we probably won't spend as much time there as we want. Oh well, there's always next time! See you Saturday

We should be able to see Toy Story (the original) in 3-D on Friday, the day that it is released into the theaters. When I called DCL about movies onboard, they did not indicate if Toy Story 2 would also be showing, although it is also being released in 3 D on Friday the 2nd.

Toy Story 3 will be in theaters on June 18th of next year. You could always book another cruise......

thats right IN 3d (which is still cool)....We should be able to see both. What ever is being released they will show it on the ship too. We sailed last yr when HSM3 came out and first showing was at midnight in the LARGE theater.

You'll all be proud to hear that I did some reshuffling and taking stuff out. I have managed to get rid of one checked suitcase. So as of now...1 maximum dimension 60 square inch suit case that will be checked (praying it's under 50 lbs since I destroyed our glass scale last week by dropping it on the bathroom tile while moving it out of the way). NO, I WAS NOT WEIGHING MYSELF! I also have 3 carryon suitcases, 3 carry on personal bags and that's it. The personal bags are pretty much filled with a laptop, MP3 player, DS, leapster, and everything needed to make sure my children don't melt down on the air plane.

And the only reason this happened is because DH was like...WTHeck. Why do we need all of this stuff. Some words were exchanged including the following..."I will repack. BUT, and a HUGE BUT...I refuse to do laundry on MY VACATION. SOOOO if we run out of clothes, you are doing the wash." With that, I marched downstairs, took stuff out, and made it all fit. I seriously don't know how I did it.

FE Gifts are all organized and PACKED in a suit case! First suit case officially COMPLETE.

Okay Ana or Amanda - which one of you are going to come help me pack now LOL Good for you!!!!!!!

Getting ready to head to see Mickey! We'll be there in less than three hours!!! Don't think we'll have the internet at WDW, so this is our last post for now!!

Ugggg - nothing like adding to pre-vacation madness. I altered my work schedule so I could work today-Wednesday (and be off Thursday and Friday). Well, Atlanta is completely under water (especially my area - roads are flooded, collapsing, schools are closed, water pipes that supply water are breaking) and I can't get into work today. I have never seen anything like this in my 12 years in Atlanta.

The rain is supposed to taper off until about 2:00 p.m. and then start up again. This is horrifying!! My poor attorneys are gearing up for a huge pharmaceutical trial and are going to have no help today. Thankfully, the news is reporting from my town (because it's the absolute worst) so my guys know this isn't some sort of pre-vacation vacation. This really stinks though! I only hope that I can make it in tomorrow. For those of you who are planning on driving through Atlanta, be very very very safe!!!

2. Corking fee of $18.00 plus cost of wine. Is a bottle of wine on the cruise more than this? I am a huge lover of Santa Margherita pinot grigio. I pay about $24.00 per bottle. The bottle of the same wine is $42.00. The cost of me bringing wine + the corking fee is $42.00. Am I dumb or isn't it easier just to let them supply the wine? What about signing up for the 25% off wine package? How much wine do I have to drink?

Please tell me about this 25% off wine package. Is this the "reg" or "premium" packages where there is a set list of certain wines to choose from each night, or is this a deal where as long as you order a bottle (any bottle) each night, you get 25% off? We've been debating about the wine package but haven't been nuts about the offerings. There is a breakdown on the DCL site of the wines you can choose from for both standard and premium.

Search on the main boards. There are some really good breakdowns of the package. To the point of which if you are drinking only white wine then the package hurts you. I believe it should read save up to 25%. This would entail ordering the most expensive of the wines to select from on the list.

Ok do we actually have a break down of who is actually doing the FE exchange? I am only asking cause All the "missing" people I made name tags for, and I would hate to deliver FE's to someone who has no idea what the heck they are Got a ton accomplished this weekend. Todays is mostly tying up a lot of little ends, going to the bank, hardware store...putting some music and movies on my ipod. Charging all the boys electronics, doing tons of laundry,, and cleaning my house. I am also the type that CAN NOT relax on vacation thinking "oh my gosh my house is gonna be a mess when I get home". Tomorrow is much more hetic, and then leave at 4am on Wednesday morning. Will check in when we get to Flordia..Oh and I found a cool 25% off your entire order at Texas De Brazil, and $2 off each person for the swamp boat ride tours.

I might be building an ark to get to Orlando. Atlanta is getting a beating with storms. I've had no power since 630am and it's storming again so it's going to be a while before it gets fixed. Bailey went to school for four hours before they had to close due to the creek near by turning into a rapid river. It's crazy. We might be washing clothes when we get to Disney world on wednsday. So much to do and not enough time especially since I was going to awns Bailey to school tomorrow so I could pack. And I just found out they are closing tomorrow too.

I hope Crystal is doing ok. I'm pretty sure she's in Douglas county and they've declared a state of emergency there bc of this rain and storms.

I'm glad you're doing ok. I hope the rest of your day went ok. I posted above my my iphone and it was being a pain so I just saw this since I finally got my power back on. It's still storming through and now the Connector is flooding. I've lived here all my life and have never ever seen weather like this.

I was so excited last night about doing this cruise but for some reason I booked the cruise under a 24 hour hold GLAD I DID they have asked me to start my new job sooner so no cruise for me
