Good Morning again,
Yup, around 8:11AM the train pulls into South Station, Boston MA. From there I walk just about 12 minutes at a fast pace to the job site. This walk is just less than 1 mile. At lunch, its a visit to the gym, which the use of the Stairmaster takes place. The steps on taken on the Stairmaster is just less than 3 miles at an uphill mode, proceed to the weight room for some work on the outer and inner thighs. Followed by stretches and Abs. At the end of the day is a fast jaunt to the train again. Following day pretty much the same only weights are used for the arms. During the fast paced NE gals week, lunch will also included Tae Box and Midday Muscle. You have to break up the routine a bit. All you lovely ladies probably think Im this skinny chick

We do have to lay down some rules here. 8:02 AM is on the right track but for the next 10 days you need to work up your stamina. By September 23, 2005 I expect a posting at 5:45AM.
