Hi Ladies...TP&V for my family tonight.

We did get some positive news tonight, but we are not out of the woods.

My BIL is very depressed and not going to his lab (he is a PhD student in chemistry) after his long-term girlfriend broke up with him. Worse still, she broke up with him because he has anger management trouble and she was sick of him being angry at her. Very troubling.

My father (61, in excellent health...finished the Chicago marathon last year) was diagnosed with extremely early stage prostate cancer on Saturday, and had the CT scan to check for spread this afternoon. He is a doctor, so I think the guy got him to the head of the line to check for spread. I am glad that they take care of their own...we are still waiting for results. He will have to have the prostate out, hopefully here in Chicago where we are so we can be here to support them...

Could use any support offered.

wide awake.. and am giving Ang a break tonight.... unless she post after this :lmao:

Hey, Timmy....are you up yet? Have missed chatting with you. ::yes::

Truer words were never spoken!! :rotfl: We must have thousands of trips between us! :thumbsup2

Hi, to anyone I missed.

My 'ole MS is acting up a bit today....awoke in the middle of the night to find the room spinning around me, had to hold on to the wall to visit the ladies room down the hall. Better now...slight vertigo with a mild headache. Funny, being on line is not bothering me as long as I don't move my eyes too quickly, so it is a bit of a slow process typing. Hardest today is that rocking makes me nauseous and that's how sweet Sophia goes to sleep.

hey Chrissy.. I was home today but was asleep in between flipping the channels and scribbling some Disney related schemes

I hope you are feeling much better and that you have a more comfortable sleep tonight...

Ants, you need to start the thread. No one else has the energy to keep up with everyone like you do. This will be the first September I have missed since FD started. Please take pictures, lot of embarrassing pictures, please?:woohoo:

:laughing::laughing::laughing:

I should hop in the car and make a quick trip you know where. I will not though.

SG

I would say you should but I will not.. unless you arwe taking me with you

I think I can join you, may not be able to drink though if I have to drive home.
you can.. we can just nap by the lounge chairs by the pool... and Ang will just check on us from time to time :lmao:

Ang,TB & Antts-don't think I am gonna make it but not ruling anything out . When you wish upon a starrrrrrrr:wizard:

doing the :worship::banana: for you for June Bonz!!!

MrsKreamer, your Father and whole family are in my prayers.

So, where is everyone. It is almost Noon here on the East Coast and no one has posted, except for me and I thought I was signing on late. Hope everyone is ok.

Ang, for dinner in June you'll have Will with you correct? Should I bring Jacob? Funny, this is a thread for bouncing back in September and we sure are discussing June.

Jacob is in a mood. He has a doctors appointment and a dentist appointment tomorrow and he is complaining about it being his Spring Break and he wants to do whatever he wants to do. He is really going to love it when I turn off the tv and tell him to get busy cleaning his room.:rotfl:

I know, several of you are having to deal with snow, but it is chilly here and the wind is blowing like crazy.

Have a great Tuesday everyone!
Melissa

They're all tired from staying up late chatting last night! I was at ds's school all morning--I volunteer in his classroom every Tuesday. DS brought his teacher and her TA a treat from our trip (using up all those darned snack credits!), and his TA told me she's going to WDW next month--her first trip in almost 20 years. Poor woman, I tried not to pounce on her like a shark with all my tips and tricks, but it's tough to hold back. Even ds got her--she asked him if it would be okay if she asked him for advice and he said "make sure you get a fastpass." Ah, grasshopper. . . and so the student becomes the teacher. :worship:.

Yeah--what was up with that wind when we were there last week? I mean, it was windy all the time! I just don't ever remember WDW being such a windy place. Except during the hurricanes, of course. Hmm, guess I shouldn't gripe about last week!

:offtopic:MY DAY: okay so every Tuesday I have to take my DD to dance and I also have dance class with a bunch of high schoolers (I am the oldest out of 7 kids ranging form 14-22 I am 25).. Well tonight like every 1st tuesday was Pointe/Ballet night my very absolute favorite till the teacher says Lisa you teach tonight I twisted my ankle can't dance... Lovely ... I am too fat to teach thats why I stand in the back and just go with the flow. (Mind ya I hold my own) So I begin to strech our feet and then we put on our shoes...
Okay I have taken pointe for over 10 yrs and I wear my shoes one way well apparently for 10 yrs I have done it wrong according to some twig 17 yr old who decided if I can't tie my own pointe shoe apparently I can't teach her either. And so she began to talk during the entire class so what do I do... I yell over her and then I would comment on her converstation like " oh no he didn't" came out of my mouth LOL

Long story short my nervous are shot my head hurts and I have 4 bleeding toes :headache:
