Sept. 2009 ADRs- when can we book?

I am fairly sure we are going to book bounceback for 2009 and be staying onsite with the free DDP.

What is the rule for booking ADRs now? I know they are putting in some new system and something about how it's going down to 3 months out? Anybody know when September 2009 ADRs will be available?
