Me and Mom will be going during my birthday (9/3-7) I'll be 24! Haven't been since 1997 and she hasn't been since 1986!

Although I'm a bit worried because my tickets haven't arrived yet! But I'm sure it'll all be fine!

It just hit me...I have TEN days! OMG OMG OMG I have to start getting things taken care of off my to do list and start packing my clothes and my DH clothes. I have packed as much as I can for DD.

bbowers and DH at OKW Sept 2-4, then off on DVC cruise, then back Sept 8-10 at SSR

10 more days. I am just ready to pass out! DH is terribly excited, as well. WE CAN'T WAIT!

I actually got mine earlier than I expected. Maybe you should call disney and make sure they have the correct information. I know they had a computer worm about a week ago. I'd call and just check, better safe than sorry.

Only 31 more days. I'm still debating about going down a day earlier becuase I will have that day off work! I wish I could wake up in September now

I'm giving it till tomorrow to have my tags delivered. I went through CAA so I don't know if that makes a difference. I just thought that my tags come around the 21/23 day mark and the CAA package should arrive around the 14 day mark.

It's beginning to look like a reality!!! I won't believe it until we're on that plane 9/12!!!

Here's what I've done to get ready...

1. Tried and failed miserably to make Mickey tie-dye shirts...my first attempt...A+ for effort but F for results!! It's almost laughable...I think we'll wear them anyways and I'll write in small print..."My mom ruined my nice white shirt"

2. Ordered special pins off Disney for the kids to surprise them

3. Found our old Guest of Honor Badges and plan to pack those.

4. Have so far kept the date a secret to the kids! They won't know until we get on the airplane..they think we're driving to the airport to pick up an old college buddy who's visiting.

5. It will be my first time having a birthday at Disney...planned it 4 years ago but 9/11 put a hold on that one...my b-day is 9/13...must order a cool cake for myself!

YEAH!!! YAHOO!!! YIPPEE!!!!

We're leaving Sept 10 and we got our tags last Saturday, Aug 20th. By the way we booked through AAA.
