Will be great to see you and Terry again, Steff!!
Marc and I are wishing that we hadn't booked our flights as early as we did. Would have loved cruising up from Seattle with Princess. Didn't even think that one through, but glad many of you did! Hope you enjoy their ship. I worked for Princess shoreside as a temp for about 4 years (before they were swallowed by Carnival) and really thought it was a great product.
And you will LOVE the villas at the Grand. And Club 33....well, it's one of my favorite places! We'll be there the following week after we return from the MR cruise. Since you'll be going on a Sunday there will be characters up there, too, so don't forget the cameras!!
See you in just over a month!
Michael
Michael,,,,Stephanie and I are uber excited!!! I had had a hellacious week too so getting the documents was a very fantastic end to my week. Plus my youngest son and his wife had had a son last Friday and it was a very difficult birth. He was not breathing for almost five minutes and after time spent in nic icu he was able to come home yesterday.
I haven't been to Disneyland since 1968 so I know I will be looking at it with new eyes. Club 33??? How cool is that!!!!
Plus we are having friends coming with us who love Disney but have never done a Disney cruise so this will be fun showing them the best time ever.
No cruise docs yet.![]()
Maybe FH got them?
I know a few of us here are getting on board for a 12-day cruise, but are any of the B2Bers also on the Sapphire Princess from Seattle to Vancouver on Sept. 18?
Also, we got our cruise docs for this one on Friday. Still waiting for the MR docs and a room assignment on the Princess.
YAY for only 29 days left - how the heck did you two meet anyway???? Hope you'll bring some pics (even if on your camera or phone) of the wedding for us to seeeI wonder if FH got our cruise docs yet?!I HATE living 2,000 miles away from him! LOL! Well, for another 29 days anyways!

OH YES it is!!! Soooo looking forward to meeting you & Donna!!! I think we're going to have some FUN!!!!Ditto on the documents as well. It's time to get excited.![]()
for a Grump...you're hilarious - but a good hubby!!!!!I did wait. They were addressed to her. I don't open her mail...
(The bananas had to die...)
After a hellacious work week, it was a real joy to come home and find my cruise docs.
I looked at our itinerary and what a wonderful trip have we planned! Our five day cruise has doubled in size. We start out with a stop in Seattle. I've never been there, so new to me. Then we have the one day Princess cruise on my birthday. Never cruised with Princess.
Then we have one night in Vancouver. I've never been to Vancouver.
Then we have our five night cruise. Never cruised the Pacific. Kool!
Then we are finishing up with a bang. Going to the Grand Californian and my very first trip to the spot where Walt walked, Disneyland. Lunch at Club 33. All new to me.How cool is that?
I am so excited for this trip.![]()
Hi Repositioners,
I have a question about passing of FE gifts.
I have several items that I want to give out and don't want to bag all together. I was wondering if most of you will have your FE's out on the last night ? Since we are only on the ship for 5 nights, I'm wondering if I should just do 4 and skip the last night? I thought of something fun for last night, especially for those that are going on to Disneyland...but don't want to have a FE gift to pass out on night 5 only to find that everyone has packed their FE away. Let me know what you think ?![]()

I say 4 is more than plenty!!!
He's from here. He got a promotion in January and had to move to Seattle. And I'm not sure if we'll have pics on our phones because I'm not sure we'll have them on us. Wait - I'm talking about FH here. Yes, he'll have his phone on him, and he'll definitely get some pics on it! LOL!![]()
ahhh nice!!! yep i'm like Nate...never without the iphone and ipad
so you're getting married, cruising, and moving to Seattle - all in a matter of weeks - You are going to be busy!!!! but you're closer to DL!!! I am hoping to get DH up to Seattle sometime - wish i had planned this trip better so i would have had a day or so to spend in Seattle....
Yep! Both of us have sisters in So Cal, so I imagine we'll be making frequent trips down that way.Seattle is gorgeous! You should definitely visit and sight-see the city! Yes, it rains a lot, but it really gets a bad rap for that. It doesn't rain ALL day, everyday like it does here in Missouri. It's green all year round, it rarely gets below 35 degrees, and rarely gets above 80 degrees. Perfect if you ask me! LOL! And there's lots to see and do there! You should definitely go sometime!

sounds great - i am excited to take the train next month too & i'm sure we will love Seattle - hoping to get there sooner than later!!!!The best part is that it doesn't even rain all that much. We tell people it rains all the time and portray Seattle as rainy in movies like "Sleepless in Seattle" because we don't want I-405 to be any busier than it already isIt is usually overcast and rains a bit each day from November thru April; but she's right, when it does rain, it's a light rain that lasts a few hours. Torrential downpours are a rare sight up here, but you didn't hear that from me
However, from May thru October, perfect weather...Sunny and partly cloudy almost every day with temperatures ranging from 55 at night to 80 at the hottest during the dayI think you'll love it. And yes, I am sure FW and I will be making lots of trips to LA, but summer trips to LA will be few and far between, because that's the best time to visit Seattle
BTW, the train is supposed to be awesome. I can't wait to take it to Vancouver. The Cruise is just about a month away![]()
oh we shall seeYou can say that now, but you haven't met me in person. You may change your mind after that...![]()
