Sept 20,2011 Wonder Repositioning Cruise

Hi all!

We were on the last Alaskan cruise ending Sept 6 and had a WONDERful time! We met some awesome crew memebrs who you will just love. I'd like to send a couple a little something in thanks for all they did, but not sure how to send to a port espeically when they are repositioning. Just wondering if anyone who might be cruising but not leaving home for a few days might be willing to take a little something for us and leave at guest services for those crew members?

Thanks for your help!

PJ

We don't leave until Tuesday Morning if you haven't found anyone else.

Poohj80 I love that first snow white pic in your signature.... Soooooooo adorable!!!

I thought I"d better update my FE spreadsheet as haven't looked at it in months!

The current list shows Tim & Pam in room 7076. I have them as username PiratePug & crossed out as 'cancelled their cruise'....

Is there another Tim & Pam that I'm getting confused with? I don't want to not deliver. I guess if there's a FE hanging at that cabin I could just leave something in it and if not, well, not!

I just love throwing in the dancing banana 'cause I know someone somewhere is gritting their teeth every time they see it :banana:

Okay, I am still packing!!!:eek::eek:

Stephanie and I are leaving today and are staying at a hotel near the Philly airport to leave at o dark thirty in the am!!

Can't wait to see everyone!!!

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::yay::woohoo::dance3:

ENOUGH WITH THE BANANAS!!!! :headache: ;)

Well, we're all packed and ready to load everything into the shuttle at 4:15 tomorrow morning. I've come to the conclusion that I am truly a photographer. My camera bag weighs more than my suitcase... :thumbsup2

Do the men really wear jackets to the semi formal night or just a collared shirt and tie? I wanted to ask our group because I trust you more. :lovestruc

Was just wondering how many were going to be on the Tuesday Morning train to Vancouver. My group will be joining in Bellingham.

Donna and I are on the train as well from Seattle. We will be sitting somewhere in Business class. Look for us there !!!

We are bringing our blazers for the semi-formal night. We had the white dinner jackets ready to go but we've lost too much weight this past year and the jacket looked like a tent on Marc!

You will see all types of dress (both men and women) for dinners. Collared shirt and tie will be fine. If there's space for a coat, I'd bring it!

We like dress-up nights!

Michael

Our group won't be all dolled up, lol. DH and DS will probably just have nice jeans/pants with a button up or polo shirt. We aren't too fancy, and don't want to drag around fancy clothes with us to Disneyland afterwards, lol

So so glad our train doesnt leave till tom night as sister missed her flight - she just now got to phoenix and is on standby to get to San Jose.....ugggghhh
just hoping & praying she arrives in time....

Crisis over....she was able to get on a 8 pm flt - arriving SJC at 10 pm....whew~

That does sound good! I live here and never heard of that tour :rotfl: I think they should have been marketing to the locals as well!

It’s funny how locals don't find about great things in their own area. I just found out about our local “spirit alley”. Love local food and drinks. We try to support the local food and beverages in our area,

DS is 9 month today !! <3
When we booked this trip some 10 months ago we booked him as a "TBA"... now he's pulling himself up and gettin into trouble !

sweet!!!! He's just about a month older than my GS Jaxon!!!!

We finally booked with Karmel tonight since it seems to be a popular choice. We arranged a 10:45 pick up, thinking that it might take some time to get off and go threw whatever, does that seem to late? To early?

Starting to have some anxiety about leaving. We booked almost two years now and have been thinking, planning, dreaming about it almost daily since and now, its finally here. More reason to book another trip I guess :) I also have a hard time leaving our cat and dog, Keika and Angus :(

As for formal night, Steve is wearing a shirt and tie and I have even talked myself in wearing a dress (last time was probably my wedding in 98). I remember why too.....pantyhose! Terrible creations. If I wasn't almost luminescent with my pale white legs I would go without.

The "DAY" has finally arrived!!!

John & Heather should be at the train station in San Diego by now....they may be the first ones "beginning the adventure"!!!

Sister arrived last night right on time at 10 (well right on time for plan B) but we stayed up till midnight :scared1: oh well - have a 24 hr train ride now so lots of time to sleep :)

Safe travels to all of you on your way today!!!!

I had a Fantasy spray tan done yesterday - its fabulous - very very natural looking!!!! Love it - could have even gone a tad darker but this is more my 'tan' color and shouldn't need to wear any hose....bleggghhh!!!! And YES book another cruise - onboard - early in the trip or it gets waaayyy too crowded

Thanks so much! Just saw this. It would just be an envelope so not too big or heavy. Please PM pm me your address and we'll coordinate.

Thanks again!
