Same problem here. My computer is not happy about being overused!

Happy friday everyone!!!! Well I know it's a little late but here are our Halloween pictures.

I know that my ears are a little off center but hey, it was 7 in the morning. It was so difficult getting in and out of my car with them on. :earboy2: But I would do it again in a second.

Amanda: Great pics!! MASON looks so cute!

Side question: Is that a plama/lcd tv on your wall? what size is it? We have a 42" plasma but have hesitated to buy the wall mount bracket because it just seems like it would be way too heavy. Not to mention, what to do with all of the wires coming out of the back? :confused3 What set up do you all have for all of your electronic components hooked up to the tv? In other words, where are all of the wires?

Krystina is at her first "sleepover" today at my cousin's house (she has a 5 yr old dd). She stays with her Meema(my mom) all of the time, but has never spent the night anywhere else. We'll see if she makes it thru the night. So, I think DH & I :love2: will go out to dinner or watch a movie.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Ps: just went to the dr today for my annual check up and bad news! I have high cholesterol (surprise, surprise!!). No medication, just have to watch my diet :earseek:. That's gonna be really hard considering all of the yummy MEXICAN food around here!

O.k.all, here's my short album. I couldn't just post one or two pictures. You all know me. So, here's the link to my kids' pics. There's one of me and my son, I always wanted to be a BIG star. x Amanda01, I saw your t.v. too! I didn't want to comment this morning, but since Leonor has, I feel free to say how very cool it is! Oh, btw, you looked great too. Easy costume and every one 21 and older knew what you look like.

This Halloween, I tried handing out a lemon for the kids' bags. Some kids said o.k.. I quit trying to hand it out, next year I've got to get a different trick for a treat. Any ideas?

Leonor, have a great and quiet night w/o Krystina. May you go through the night w/o a phone call.

Great pics T! I love "Strawberry Shortcake"!

You can ask all the questions you want about the tv. At my last job, which was a nightmare, I worked my butt off and won it. It's a 32" Plasma. Eric mounted it to the studs in the wall. You can't really see it but it came with a wire panel that covers the wires. It's like a long silver half tube that sits flat against the wall. You can see a little bit on the picture.

Well, now that you mention it, I can see a little bit of the wire tube. Ours didn't come with one, but I'm sure you can buy them. Maybe I'll get DH to look into the wall mount for ours. I do like the way the look on the wall better than a tv stand. Thanks for the info!

Amanda, you make a great Mouseketeer! :earsgirl: Mason looks adorable!
Taeja, the kids look great! You do look like a start! he he he

Taeja your kids look so cute! I love the fact that Strawberry shortcake has come full circle! I remember when they came out. My mom stopped wrapping and putting any under the tree because I kept smelling the gifts and figuring out which doll was in there! :earboy2:

LOL- that's so funny. My mom wouldn't buy me S.S. so now that its come full circle (as you said) I'm more than willing to get that for my dd. I never got a Barbie either. Go figure.

Question for you all- do you use moisturizer on your face and if so, what brand? The one I have been using is not working. I've got little lines now on my cheeks and forhead and my skin isn't as soft as it should be. I don't want to be or look greasy either. Help! I've got combo dry/oily skin and some adult acne (comes once a month). I hate it. I keep looking at the Proactive infomercials and what's that powdery foundation cosmetic line that the women stars are promoting???? I can't think.....BARE MINERALS!- that's it! I catch myself looking at that one too.

Taeja I use Estee Lauder Idealist, Perfectionist and Day Wear. it is expensive, but I get the largest bottle I can afford, and it last for almost 8-10 months. I also try to buy it when it is free gift time, so I dont have to ever buy lipstick, blush or eyeshadows. So I take that into consideration of the price as well. www.esteelauder.com I feel like ti is working, my skin is so soft because of this. As far as the acne goes, I just got a new product from Clinique called Acne solution. It is in a little green bottle and it seems to be workig. I am sick of the acne!!! Here it is http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t..._xgl194/104-5072064-4868735?v=glance&n=507846

Taeja, I don't have a problem with the acne but I use facial cleanser, scrub, and mosturizer fathfully. I have combination skin also. I use L'Occitane. Its my favorite. I use the Immortelle set. Facial milk, essential water for the face, eye balm, and essential lotion are my favorites. I have been a big fan for several years now and thats all I will use on my face.

I am so glad to know that I am not the only having acne (like a teenager) again.

I'll be sure to check all the links that's been listed so far. You gals are great! :) Any more suggestions or ideas for my face??? :rolleyes1

I'll tell you, I bought the generic of Olay's bodywash w/ lotion in it. Its a little clumpy (not gel like), but my dry skin feels much better already. I even bought my kids the Johnson and Johnson lotion/baby oil soap since they've been complaning about...get this... their clothes itching them. I had to ask if it was their clothes or their bodies. Oh the mind of the innocent.

I gotta get to work all! I am way behind on housework and getting dishes done. Post you all later!

I am right there with you. I never thought that at 31 I would be worried about break outs and wrinkles at the same time. It is so frustrating. I use two of the proactive products. They work pretty well, but not a miracle like the commercial suggests. But then again that may just be my skin. I would give it a shot and see how it works. Besides you can return what you have left if it doesn't work for a full refund.
